Matters' Guide to Chasing Dramas|The list of winners at the end of the event announced

The ill-fated event is finally over! ! !

Before announcing the winners, a digression - about blocking users.

1 week before the end of the event, I received a reminder from Matty, asking me to unblock the blocked user. I was shocked: it was almost over, why did something happen again🥲.

Participating in a community activity call for essays, it should be embarrassing to find that I have been blocked by the activity initiator and cannot associate the activity essay after writing. Since the blocked person is not too embarrassed, then I have nothing to worry about; so I asked Matty to tell me what the user id is, and if it is found, I will unblock it. But before unblocking, I will ask that user to promise not to take the opportunity to attack me before the event ends. If that user takes the opportunity to speak badly, I think I can ask to cancel their participation in the event.

Community activities are open to all Matter users to solicit articles, and it is true that people cannot be excluded from participating in activities because of a personal grievance between a user and the proposer of the activity. I would block someone, I just don't want to see someone, out of sight is clear. Asking me to unblock the blocked users one by one, and add them back to the blacklist one by one after the event is over. This is not the same as asking for the people I don't want to see n times... I am also human, and this operation is too evil; so I asked Matty to tell me who I was, and then went to unblock the game.

If Matt City has 500 active users and I have 5 people on my blacklist, that's 1%; and it's 1% if 5 people are interested in participating at the same time. If you really want to calculate according to the high school probability question, if the probability of random events is 1%, the probability of 5 occurrences should be less than 1%, so there is really no need to toss those people who you don’t like for such a low probability event.

...

Later, Matty ignored me, and later saw that Brother Wu also received Matty's unblocking request, so I think this is a warm reminder from Matty. Speaking of Brother Wu, it seems that he really unblocked one by one according to the instructions, and then he seemed to be scolded by one of them... So I think in the future, users who have bad reputation and are blocked everywhere should be punished? ?

If there is no technical solution, users who are often blacklisted for bad speech in the community should ask Matty to apply for unblocking? If you don't want to find Matty for fear of trouble, then don't participate in the event. I don't think normal people would blacklist people they don't know at all.

These are just a few thoughts @Matty asked me to unblock the blacklist. I think I did not unblock one by one according to Matty's instructions, and it should not affect the fairness of the event.

After talking about the blacklist, start to give out prizes.

A total of 72 users contributed to the event. Because the activity allows one person to engage in more than one person, some users have submitted several articles, and finally a total of 97 valid articles were submitted .

(Some of the submission labels were wrong, I reminded them one by one before the event ended, I'm not sure if I missed any...)

Category A Award: Participation Award

According to the rules of the event, each of the above 97 articles will have a participation award. For users who have submitted 2+ articles, each submission can be divided once.

Total prize pool: Early stage bonus + 3350

After @Matty confirms the total amount of the early bonus, I will calculate it.

Lowest clapping award in history - as long as your submission gets 133 clapping by August 21st, you'll be awarded.

I finally understand why this activity was complained of plagiarism less than 2 weeks after it opened: the threshold for submission is low, and the threshold for winning is also low. 72 users participated and 48 people won the prize, the winning rate was just 2/3.

Strictly speaking, opening a trumpet to participate in activities is a loophole. Although the event allows one person to make multiple entries, the applause award is still calculated on a per-capita basis.

When designing the bonus rules, I was still a dumb potato. I didn't know the water was so deep, so I didn't think much about it...

There are 17 submissions with more than 133 claps, but because the user has already won an award, he abdicated to give way.

As shown in the figure, there are 17 articles of abdication and letting the sages.

Category C Award: Points Award

Total prize pool: 3612 likecoin

The winning principle is based on the following formula. The top 20 articles with the highest points will win the prize, and each article will get 180 likecoins.

 Points = Claps X 0.2 + Supported Pens + Discussions X 0.5 + Reading Hours - Tracking X 0.1

The points formula was slightly changed after the reading time was displayed in the city of Matt. Participate in details .

The 20 winning articles are as follows:

There is still a big difference between this list of winners and the list of clapping awards. After reading it, although the list has ups and downs, the winning articles have all won the clapping award (the number of clapping hands is 133+). This is related to the 2/3 coverage of the clapping award.

The final result shows that the points formula is not friendly to new users with less than 50 followers, and no one is on the list... nor is it friendly to big V users with a large number of followers. For example, in reading pen farming, the applause award ranks first, and here it becomes the second-to-last, because there are many followers and the final score is negative...

Looking around, this formula is most beneficial to small and medium authors with 2-300 followers. So this formula is not very scientific, just take a look...

The most amazing award rules in history, there is still one person who voted for more than 2+ users on the list, which is also a blessing.

As shown in the picture, Ferret Pen Broadside is the best one-man multi-voter writer for this award.

The final shareable bonus for each article is A + B + C.

Thank you for participating in the event. If you have any questions about the winners, please leave a message in the comment section.

Finally, invite @Matty to take a stroll.

Because there have been plagiarism incidents in the event, if there are still unqualified 97 articles, we can still deal with them according to 7.2...
