"Change After Cancer #10" has a very different schedule.

Before, I was the kind of person who wouldn't lie down obediently until 12:00 in the middle of the night.

This time is the happiest time of the day, not only can I watch dramas, talk to men, but also write something and draw pictures! After get off work, I have to be busy eating and taking a bath. After finishing these chores, the day is almost over. Of course, we must make good use of this wonderful time!

Even sometimes, in order to chat, they stay up until three or four in the morning before they are willing to go offline and leave. Of course, every morning is also to stay in bed until the last moment, otherwise it will be bad to be late for work.

During the treatment, in order to keep the body in the best fighting state, my man and I made an appointment to go to bed early and get up early, get up at 6 am to exercise, and lie down at 10 pm. Although the two are separated from each other, they have the same work and rest, and they can chat twice a day, which can be regarded as making up for the gap caused by long-distance love.

To be honest, I got used to it fairly quickly, probably because I woke up too early in the morning. As long as it was more than 8:30 in the evening, I would start yawning violently, and my whole body would become empty and I couldn’t think at all. I could fall asleep in seconds as soon as I lay down. The adjustment of work and rest can be said to be unimaginably difficult!

Now, although not as strict as before, but at least go to bed before 10:30, and it is less likely to stay up late. What others say about staying up late is mostly after the early morning. As for me, staying up late after 11 o'clock may be something that many people can't imagine!

Sometimes I travel with my friends, and occasionally I don't go to bed until 12 o'clock by accident. But I will be groggy the next day, and I will go to bed early that night. Anyway, my friends all understand my situation. Even if I go to bed early, it will not affect everyone's interest. After a long time, everyone will become accustomed to it, ha!

Since I started the habit of going to bed early and getting up early, I seem to have more time, especially during holidays. When some people are still sleeping, but they have finished exercising, taking a shower, meditating, and eating breakfast, they will feel a sense of accomplishment inexplicably! However, maybe there are many people who leave the prime time of the night for exercise and meditation, and they are also living a very healthy life!

Go to bed early and get up early! Sleeping late and waking up late, which one is healthier? I think it still depends on personal habits and physique. Whether it is an early bird or a night owl, if it can be matched with a regular work and rest, the body should also be able to find the most suitable way to survive! But this is just my personal guess, I am not responsible for guessing wrong~ XD!
