Although we have to learn to be kind to ourselves and not be too harsh on ourselves when we are not in a good state, but if you want to strengthen your willpower and improve your overall productivity in the long run, you must practice this from time to time...

No matter how good or bad you are at the moment, keep taking action!

Because there are times in life when we feel bad and unmotivated, we can't always wait until we "feel right" to act! We must try to act bravely despite fear and self-doubt!

Here's how you strengthen your "mind muscle"!

Like when we're working out, muscles are only formed when we try to add weight and step out of our comfort zone.


Ignore your "comfort zone"

Our comfort zone doesn't want us to step out and be a happy, productive person! He just wants us to stay in it all the time, to strengthen our existing identity and maintain our existing self.

When you try to change your lifestyle or beliefs, your subconscious will want to grab you back into your comfort zone, which is the survival instinct of the human brain—to avoid danger. If you want to break out of this shackle, you must build your willpower, strengthen your "mind muscles," and have the courage to act, whether you're feeling good or bad at the moment.

If you can successfully act in any state, especially in the bad ones, you will learn a lot!

Those are times when you are reprogramming your brain, you are recreating your identity and gradually shaping yourself into the kind of person you want to be!


Have you had this experience?

The night before, I set the alarm clock for 6 o'clock, and wanted to say that I would practice getting up early tomorrow. Didn't everyone say that many successful people are morning people? The next morning, when the alarm clock rang, I got up and pressed it off, then continued to lie down...

In other words, I originally planned to go to the gym 3 times this week. After the first day, I felt ok, and I wanted to say that I would go to the next day! As a result, before I got off work the next day, I felt that the workload was a bit heavy today, and I was so tired! I want to go back to rest first... After another day, why hasn't the workload decreased! As a result, unknowingly, a week has passed, and I still only went to the gym for one day...

However, if we choose to pick up the mobile phone at that moment, get up and turn off the alarm clock, go out of the room to wash our faces; or, when we feel tired before leaving get off work, say to ourselves: "Come on! You can do it! If you are too tired to go to the gym today. Just walk on the treadmill!"

If you can do it successfully, you will grow a lot! Those are times when we need to celebrate for ourselves!


you are training yourself

Even if you're in a bad shape, in a bad spirit, and unmotivated, even if you're doing less and less work than usual, you can still keep showing up, keep moving, keep being productive!

Remember, it takes hard things, not easy things, to strengthen our willpower and exercise our mental muscles!
