Reading Notes "Purification of Space and Mind"

★The meaning of "cleaning" is to enhance, release and reveal.

● Chaos is a state of mind, and clean-up is a way of being. Chaos is an extension of us, cleanup is a journey.

●No need to go on a pilgrimage, no need to go up the mountain to meditate, embark on a journey of self-discovery, starting from cleaning a drawer.

●“Cleaning up” has nothing to do with the outside world, but take a moment to feel how you react to the outside world, clothes you no longer like, projects you don’t have the motivation to complete, people you don’t want to contact anymore… Practice feeling embarrassment, resistance, and sadness , worry...all real thoughts and emotions are the first step towards self-discovery.

●The energy will follow the direction of the heart. Once you become clear within, by consciously practicing gratitude, blessing, and letting go, you can direct your thoughts to where your higher self is going and restructure your mind.

●Slow can be fast. Invest in small efforts every day, and rely on "simplification and repetition" to overcome fear, and through cleaning and tidying, guide the formation of new habits and promote happiness.

●Be an observer. Learn to simply accept everything that happens to you, do nothing, embrace the mystery, strip away the need for identification, and be a complete "outsider", and all the chaos will automatically return to its place.

●Good sleep, drinking pure water, laughing... These little habits that relax the body and mind will be remembered by the body, and the joy of forgiveness and empathy for others will be remembered by the mind. It will nourish our body and mind.

●10 truths about the clean-up journey:

1. Things change.

2. Things are not always as they appear.

3. Some things cannot be understood rationally.

4. The body knows everything. Please trust it.

5. Every moment is a chance to let go.

6. No job is trivial.

7. Cleaning up the clutter frees up space to give new things into our lives.

8. Cleaning up the mess can light up the things we’ve been hiding in the dark.

9. The emptiness of "inner" can be translated into the emptiness of "outer".

10. There is no chance of failure.

●Ten secrets to the success of Yongbao:

1. It's all about simplicity.

2. Take your time, but keep doing it.

3. Respect your limitations, be gentle with yourself, and only do what feels right.

4. Let go of obsession with the outcome of things.

5. Always be grateful.

6. Watch your own emotional weather disturbances; observe and listen, and stop to feel.

7. With an attitude of objective detachment, notice and pay attention to what you attract.

8. Summon wonder, not worry, into your life.

9. Don't be too harsh on yourself.

10. Drink plenty of water and keep your breathing rhythm.
