It is very painful not to eat snacks during work, but it is also very painful to eat too many wallets. When there was only an air fryer at home, I wanted to make all kinds of dried fruit to eat, but Unfortunately, the efficiency of the air fryer is not as good as imagined, and there are also people who want to buy a dried fruit dryer but are afraid that dust will accumulate in the corners. It was not until I bought an oven that I finally found a solution.

Before buying an oven, make sure that the oven has a low temperature mode (about 70 degrees), but sometimes I want to be fast, and I will turn it to about 90 degrees. Materials; I have tried all kinds of favorite fruits: apple, guava, pineapple, persimmon, dried konjac, red dragon fruit, banana, etc.
Preparation: Wash it and slice it directly. Some people have marinated it or some people have soaked grapefruit water in guava, but I currently think the original taste is the best, because the taste of the fruit will increase after roasting, and it is a bit salty after marinating.
Time: About 3-4 hours to complete (unless misplaced, as explained below)

 Q: How to arrange the ingredients better?

A: It is recommended to put it on the bottom with a lot of water. It dries faster when it is close to the heating tube. At first, I thought it would be dry when I put it on the top. As a result, before going to bed, the undried parts are all in my stomach. The other large pieces can be put on top, and it will not stop when I turn it. fall easily

The persimmons on the top are not as dry as the ones on the bottom, probably because the next card is closer to the heating tube
 Q: Which thickness is better?

A: I don’t think it has to be ultra-thin, nor too thick. To be precise, it is 0.5 cm. The inaccurate is the thinness that can be cut with ordinary knives (because it is too thin to be afraid of cutting hands), too After the thin test, it will be very hard, brittle and dark. If the wife is too thick, it will dry very slowly.

 Q: Is it faster to use strings?

A: Not at all! ! ! ! !
When I saw it, I thought it was more powerful, so I grilled it on skewers. As a result, this batch was roasted for a long time, and only the pineapples in the front were slightly dry. Later, I kept it on the brand and grilled it, probably because the heat conduction of the skewers was not good.

 Q: Can I pickle it if I want to?

A: Yes, you can salt the guava first. After washing it, let the guava take a lemonade bath (or grapefruit bath) and then add a little plum powder to bake it, but I accidentally add too much, don’t be like me

 Q: How often do you turn it over?

A: I flip over XD when my hands are itchy. The ones below are easier to get water out. I can flip them frequently at first, but after the dried fruits are wrinkled, I can come and see them when I have time.

 Q: I'm going to bed, but what should I do?

A: Pack it in a sealed box and continue tomorrow, or eat it on the spot

Dried plum powder guava and dried bananas were brought to the company in small boxes, and they were eaten in about a morning.
 Q: How to judge it?

A: Basically, I’m just judging it while I’m stealing it. You’ll know it after you bake it a few times, but it’s still related to the quality of the fruit, and you can’t wait until it’s all dry before harvesting, it will turn into crispy cakes XD

Dried persimmons become very soft and sweet, more like a dessert, not like dried fruit or persimmons
The tanned dried pineapple was roasted at 110 degrees because of the cheap hands. I wanted to say it faster, but it turned out to be a little dark haha, but the crispy surrounding is delicious.
