The old cat just presented Proposition 22 today. This proposal is the first step towards promoting Liquid Democracy at LikeCoin.

In terms of implementation, this proposal is very simple, which is to transfer the ecological pool funds currently managed by individuals to the Community Pool (community fund pool). Interestingly, the funds on the Community Pool are dominated by the proposal results on the LikeCoin Chain, that is to say, the processing of the funds in the Community Pool is determined by the proposal results and executed at the same time, without the need to perform operations through individual buttons instruction. This design allows decision-making and execution rights to be determined by all Likers on the chain, eliminating any individual or group control or the opportunity for human error.

This proposal is only the first step in the implementation of the plan. In the future, other fund pools will be transferred to the Community Pool and distributed to different committees through proposals to process and execute LikeCoin Chain's affairs.
