自製醋漬白蘿蔔

材料
一條白蘿蔔
500cc 白醋
500cc 水
160g糖(我不愛用白砂糖,這次用了蔗糖兩片)
幾隻辣椒乾去籽
幾片月桂葉
1.先把蘿蔔切片
2.用少許鹽醃十分鐘
3.用冰水清洗
4.把水和醋放在鍋內煮滾放糖/辣椒乾/月桂葉
5.待糖溶化可放白蘿蔔,熄火。待涼後入樽,放雪櫃一晚即可。
儲存在雪櫃可放一到兩星期,但事實很快就吃完了,因為好吃囉🤣!
