[Baker Wants to Enjoy] Are 5-star reviews helpful?

I don’t know if you will browse the google reviews a little before going to the hospital clinic. If there are enough reviews, will the clinic or hospital with higher stars be your first choice?

For general orthopaedic rehabilitation, the evaluation of the clinic is usually 3-4 stars. It is really good to have a 3.5. After all, "people are often stingy with praise. " as "should" . It's easier to spend more time writing reviews with reasons to vent; "Well, this is a good place, come again next time" is usually only hidden deep inside.

The boss really cares

In the former clinic, our therapists often received inquiries from the top for those accused of " poor attitude, too loud, too little space, no love, no enthusiasm... " and so on. Regardless of whether the patient's description is true or not, If it weren't for my name, "Muji" Baker, this article would have been regarded as a history of blood and tears of a restaurant owner who worked hard to run a restaurant but was bombarded by negative reviews from customers.

The medical industry is not a service industry! It is no exaggeration, most of the negative reviews can be classified as "poor service", and the upper level seems to be working hard to "improve" with the goal of becoming a " Michelin 5-star " clinic, such as: restricting the use of mobile phones, Prohibition of excessive chatting, greetings to patients, etc. are supplemented by " monitors and listeners ", so that all employees can unite and "serve" the public.

Negative criticism is bullying

Going back to the patients themselves, usually for a restaurant with poor service attitude, even if they are angry, they will not go to the restaurant again after commenting, but these patients are just the opposite. I do n’t respect it very much, not to mention that many times it’s not true at all , and I continue to scold after I’m done. I feel that my comments are very important, and I can get the “service” I want through these methods, so these comments are actually very informative. low...

They care about something else

The main target groups of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation are "middle-aged and elderly people", because these diseases usually "will not be completely cured". Doing health care and rehabilitation itself is for "maintenance", so these people are more concerned about " registration fees ". Whether it is exempted or not, the distance, whether there is self-payment, whether the doctor is famous, how many projects are there, how long can it be done for one time ?” Plus I usually don’t read reviews, so even if the score is very low, The overcrowded place is still there, and the focus is whether the "target customer group" accounts for a large proportion of the number of patients. As long as the age group around the location of the clinic is generally high, then a simple " promotional activity " can hold the performance.

Useful for the service industry!

So if you ask "Whether 5-star reviews are useful ", I will say: If you need health care and rehabilitation, then assuming that there is a "5-star" clinic, there is a high probability that the "service" is better than others, and you know Those machines and hot compresses are basically the same in every home, so let's go! Before those fiery hearts burn with the mask of a fake smile!
