I have met people who are taking it, and the sequelae are sleepwalking, lack of energy during the day, and forgetfulness. I personally don’t use sleeping pills easily. I understand how uncomfortable it is to not be able to sleep or sleep well, and I am a dreamer myself, so I try the following methods to make myself sleep well.

  1. Exercise, exercise is the least harmful to the body , the most natural therapy. For me, the amount of exercise needed to get a good night's sleep is at least 3 times a week. The best state is 4 times a week. In addition to sleep well and fewer dreams, the most important thing is that the mood will be more stable. Of course, perseverance is a must, and it is also the way to cure the root cause.
  2. Meditation , likewise, does not eat anything and does not harm the body. This is also the way I started to try it in the past two weeks, and I followed the guide film and slowly fell into sleep. Although I can't reduce my dreams, a good night's sleep is the beginning of a good night's sleep. The benefits of meditation haven't been noticeable to me yet, but based on many recommendations, I'll keep going and see what happens.
  3. Chinese medicine, some Chinese medicines have a calming effect, soothing, so that my dreams are reduced, and the quality of sleep is better. But after taking it for a week, I found that my mood swings were pretty flat during the day too. Happiness is not particularly HIGH, nor is it sad. It's a feeling of no waves. For someone like me who has obvious ups and downs, it's a little weird. So in the short term, I really dream and have trouble sleeping, but I don’t want to take sleeping pills, so I choose to see a Chinese doctor.
  4. CBD oil, brought to me by a friend from Hong Kong shopping, according to the information can relieve pain, anti-depression and relax nerves. My friend's experience is that I want to sleep within half an hour after taking it, but if I don't fall asleep, I will become very energetic and can always focus on one thing. For me, it doesn't specifically help sleep, but it does help my concentration not get distracted. The straw attached to it takes 1/2 of the tube to absorb it sublingually, but I really don't like the smell, and it's easy to get thirsty when I wake up, so I didn't like it very much. However, based on the fact that it is very easy to be depressed recently, I can try its antidepressant effect and then write an opinion.
  5. Melatonin gummies , purchased in the United States, 3mg/tablet, two tablets at a time. Taiwan actually discourages the use of hormone therapy. But seriously, sleeping pills have more side effects than those things for me. If you haven't eaten it, you can start with one, it tastes like fudge. My English teacher recommended me to eat. As the name suggests, it boosts your melatonin, making you naturally want to sleep. I also get up very early naturally, usually I go to bed at 12:00 and wake up at 6:00, and then I feel sleepy again at noon. When I was emotionally unstable and I didn’t want to see a Chinese medicine doctor, I often relied on it to help sleep.

The above are the methods I often use to make myself sleep well. I don’t need to eat anything to fall asleep every day . In principle, I hope that I can sleep without eating anything. over yourself. I thought about going to a counselor to resolve my sensitivity, but considering that I need to save money when I quit my job and extend my time to search for myself, the matter of finding a counselor will be a burden on my wallet.
