Reading Notes "Reason to Live"

★To live, maybe not just work hard for "happiness", but to find the most valuable courage and toughness to exist and be a human being in the riddled feelings.

●The strangest thing about depression is that even if you have more than one suicidal idea, your fear of death is still there. The only difference is that the misery of life increases dramatically.

●I am much better, I am much better, but with a trace of doubt. A drop of ink falls into a glass of clear water, dimming the entire glass.

●When you're in a low ebb, you mislead yourself into thinking that no one in the world feels as bad as I do.

● Boys do not cry. But boys cry, we cry, I cry.

●You were tagged by others, so what? "Depressed patient".

If you ask the right experts, everyone has a label.

●Don't worry about the stigma, every disease has its own stigma.

●Nothing is permanent and the pain will not last forever. The pain itself tells you that it will last, but it is deceiving you, ignore it. Pain is a debt that can be paid off with time.

●To know that an idea is an idea. If ideas are irrational, rationalize them, even if you have no reason at all. You are an observer of your own mind, not a victim of it.
