●One of the basic assumptions of NLP is that "everyone has the resources he needs", and using the original internal resources to enhance self-worth is the first step of "change".

●The best way to stop evaluating yourself negatively is to "accept your shortcomings" and think, "How can I make good use of them?"

●The four levels of the communication pyramid

1. Establishment and Maintenance of Affinity (Building Relationships)

2. Clear goals and results (setting results)

3. Sharp senses and awareness (integrity consideration)

4. Flexible plan and flexible behavior (technique)

●When setting goals with NLP, you need to pay attention to several points:

1. Use the "five senses" to simulate the feeling after completing the goal

2. When setting goals, a positive description and a positive tone are required

3. Fully clarify the overall consideration after completing the goal

●From the dreamer to the executor, the TOTE mode can be used for the simulation or actual operation of the five senses (Test Test/Operate/Test Test/The correct method Exit), and the concept that the TOTE mode wants to convey is that there is no failure but only feedback. No gain is also a gain.

●Use Heart Anchors to Set Confidence:

1. Find an experience with confidence or resources.

2. Close your eyes and relive the experience in the first person (combined state) in your mind, and go back to the VAK sub-sensory element at that time in detail (what did you see? What did you hear? External touch and internal feeling).

3. Pay attention to the inner changes and stay in the experience until you feel "confident" again (this feeling will turn from weak to strong, when the feeling climbs to the peak, clench your left fist for about 10 to 15 seconds).

4. Let go of the fist and interrupt what is in your mind, move your body or drink some water.

5. Clenching your fist with the same strength as before, and carefully notice the changes in your inner feelings.

6. Check whether the breathing and body posture at this time are the same as the "confident" state just now.

7. Simulate In the days to come, whenever you need a state of confidence, try clenching your left fist.
