用文字留下我看書痕跡,記錄我下班生活 陪你精讀一本書,一起品書,一起成長,讓你自己成為百看不厭的書

Do you know enough about yourself? If you were a commodity, would you buy yourself?

Aphorisms, big truths, chicken soup for the soul have not touched you and have not affected your life, are they those that don't work...

This book <<Act fast, think slowly>> has 200 shiftpoints, each point is an independent point of view, it is a topic, combined with life, practical operation, you can choose to read it at one time, or read it in different times, neither will you Makes you unable to read the book coherently.

The points in the book are useful to everyone, and they have different feelings. I find something that resonates with you. It’s good to practice the points that impress you in life.

In terms of spiritual growth, personal growth, interpersonal, and gender sharing, I feel the most shiftpoint

Spiritual Growth:

Point 4 (book layout): When you stop always caring about what other people think of your thoughts, you start to really think

Point 5 (arranged in the book): The things that can distract you are the burden of the moment

Point 47 (choreographed in the book): Anxiety means longer waiting

Personal Growth:

Point 25 (in the book): The shortcut to moving forward is to be honest

Point 34 (arrangement in the book): Start with small things, achieve a quick sense of achievement in stages, establish scalability, and grow while evaluating yourself

Point 48: Effort times failure is exactly what you want

people:

Point 13 (book arrangement): When we gossip about others, we are also endangering ourselves

Point 18 (arranged in the book): Never lose friendship for winning arguments

Point 95 (book arrangement): Sometimes the best advice we can give others is in the form of a question

Bisexual:

Point 98 (arranged in the book): The so-called love is not about how we feel about others, but about how we get along with others

Point 128 (choreographed in the book): When someone breaks a promise to you and doesn't really show remorse, it's not targeting you too, it's a cry for help. If you look deep enough, under a broken promise you will find a broken heart

Point 136 (choreographed in the book): From the moment a partner says "I do", the relationship between the two begins to die

One of my favorite shiftpoints in the book

Point 83 (book arrangement): Do you view others "as who they are now" or "who they will be in the future"

We live in a group and cannot be alone. When we first meet a person, it is easy to misjudge his real person from the first impression. This is called cognitive impairment. For example, when I meet a friend for the first time and she is late, I will I think she is less punctual and doesn't pay attention to this meeting. Maybe she is such a person, but "cognitive impairment" will alienate us from those who we think she is now and directly judge her in the future.

There are always two things in life: change and choice

People will definitely change, we should pay more attention, explore the possibility of the other party in the future, and know who she will be in the future. Interpersonal relationships are lifelong lessons. No one can leave this issue and learn how to understand themselves better before they know how to get along with others. After all, when people get along with others, they see another mirror of themselves in others.

Finally use the shiftpoint point 42 in the book

What you learn in the book can best serve your life

Everything changes from the sharing application life, I hope you can pick up some points from the book and use them in life
