A must-read originator book on financial management

Around July 2016, I went shopping in a bookstore. This book was so bright that I was stabbed. I picked up this book and read it. Okay, let's have a question and wonder what's different (the way a copywriter looks at a title and thinks about a title), I scanned the book and read it, so I took it home.

I read it again recently. This is the fifth time I read this book. This time I finally wrote down my notes.

You should have heard of this book and the mind map note-taking method, and exchange the mind-book note-taking method~~

#booknotes exchange

Books: <<The rich are different from what you think>>

Author: T.Harv Eker

[Why this book uses mind maps as notes]

Not every book uses a mind map to take notes, like this book, it is a reference book, a new thinking, thinking reorganization needs a complete map so that you can read, understand, and use the three processes more coherent memory, Simply put, it is an instruction manual, which makes you forget that you can quickly find the answer, save time, and use it effectively. Therefore, use the mind map to change the original intention of this book into the thinking and action of the rich head, and how to finance from the inside out. The free-step process is concrete, and the mind map is used to trigger more brain thoughts to recall, and more new inspirations

[How to write notes with a mind map]

There are many ways to use the mind map to write book notes. Everyone is classified according to the focus of their reading. I will divide it into six parts, author, book analysis, book focus, concept, experience, application, which can be increased or decreased. Concepts, not all books have concepts, some are good sentences, you can freely add or subtract books mind map notes classification

[author] section

It is divided into three categories: author background, book work, and author career. There are more categories, but for me, these three categories are the information that I want to know and use when looking for information.

The book mind map plus the author allows me to quickly know what kind of book subject the author is and what else the author can learn or read when I look at the mind map, and of course the author's background, and better understand the motivation of the book

[Book Anatomy] section

In this part, I combined Fan Deng's how to understand a book, and divided it into purpose, book category, audience, book context

The author of each book has a purpose to write, otherwise it is just an article, a composition, and the author must have a reason for writing a book or a message that he wants to express and convey.

The category of the book is to let you know quickly that it is a biography/story lesson/reference book....

The target audience is not to lock down a certain group of people, but to know the needs and what they want to gain/solve in the book

Book context allows you to quickly scan a book by looking at keywords

[Book Highlights] Dissection

This part has its own key points, just write down the key points of the book that you think you have read, and just write down the key words.

[Book experience] Dissection

I think this part is the second most important. What you want to take with each book is the experience you wrote, that is, after reading the book, you have the deepest memory, the most resonance, and the most trigger. Before you read the book next time, you can Look at the mind map to find the answer. This is to look at the mind map like reading a book. A piece of paper condenses the book at a high speed. Of course, there are some details in the book. Don't look at the mind map first. After reading the book, come back and look at the experience part. You will find that the common part is the most important part of the book for you. The different parts are your current understanding at different times. You can better understand the enlightenment of this book to you in your own language

[Book application] section

This is the first important thing to read a book. Reading is to solve our problems/confusion. This part is subdivided into one book for one view, one book for one use, and book derivatives.

One book and one view refers to the point of view that impressed me the most in this book.

One book and one use refers to the use that this book is suitable for me to take away now (it can be inspiration/actual action)

The derivative of the book is that after I read this book, I can make it secondary, such as reading notes, such as storytelling youtuber PPT / lecture notes

[Book Ideas]/[Book Good Sentences] section

Not all books have the concept of books. For example, this book is a book of thoughts and ideas, and there are many concepts of wealth and money. Therefore, I added this part to the mind map. If some books do not, there must be good sentences in the book. Both can be added and subtracted in the mind map. If both can be written, [Book Good Sentences] can be included in [Book Experience]

[Mind Mapping Benefits]

It not only strengthens memory, but also triggers more creativity. It can also train you to speak concisely and understandably, to speak in a logical manner, and to improve your analytical skills. However, it is difficult to write keywords, link the keywords in the book, and practice more. Gradually focus

I don't know how everyone takes notes on mind maps, welcome to exchange~
