When parents who are taking care of their children at home are exhausted, they want to say that they should just turn on the TV and watch cartoons for the children to give themselves a rest. As a result, when they were asked to eat, they stared at the screen, so they had to drag them to the dining room to sit down. This state of the eyes seems to be fixed by something, which is very interesting in English and Japanese, and can be expressed simply by using a certain "tool" or "metal part" in daily life.
