"Blade of Ghost Slayer" is a hot-blooded comic that caused a phenomenon in Japan to become popular. The story is actually nothing new. The protagonist continues to upgrade the process of fighting monsters, and in the process, he summons his "life and death" partners.

But it made me think about a question: So how does an ordinary person become powerful?

If there is only one thing to talk about, I think that "do it if you can't do it" is the way to make people continue to become stronger.

1. It doesn’t matter if you can’t do it now

The other way around is, if you can do something right now, why bother doing it? It's a bit extreme to think that, but it's the truth. There is absolutely no point in constantly practicing things that you already have full control over.

The so-called progress is the process of turning "can't do it" into "can do it".

So, you have to do it if you can't do it, right?

2. Make "achievable" the only goal

Usually, in our study, life and work, it is easy to mix the goal of one thing with other goals. For example: In fact, you don't want to get higher performance, but "want to get the approval of your boss and colleagues", this is not wrong. However, if actions and goals are not equal, "positive motivation" cannot be obtained. "Positive motivation" is action to feedback to action , this is a very simple model. There is a concept in communication science called "noise" , that is, the content that does not belong to "communication information" in the process of communication, and this "seeking for a sense of identity" will invisibly become your "noise of motivation" , making you keep going. Check to see if you're receiving noise feedback that affects your behavior and causes your path to deviate.

So please make "can do it" the only goal of all your actions.

3. You just compare yourself to yourself

Although the "can do", or "what to do" goals may come from others. But once the goal is confirmed, the rest has nothing to do with others, you just need to "comparison" with yourself. You just need to compare yourself with yourself. In the daily cycle, you can do a small thing that you couldn't do yesterday. Even if someone better than you teaches you, 90% of the content requires you to "self-output" in order to achieve "the unity of knowledge and action".

To be strong is to constantly narrow the gap between what you "know" and "can do" . (You can do the other way around if you want, but you can't pretend to "don't know" what you already "know" (* ̄︶ ̄)||| )

We are all ordinary people. I believe that we will experience many challenges every day. If there are challenges, there will be times of confusion, loss, and helplessness. Please feel that "confused, lost, and helpless" is because you have met more than today. The weaker self of the self, can meet "the weaker self", isn't it because the self has begun to become stronger?

Finally, I would like to share a quote from a friend: Everyone is fragile, and no one in the world is truly strong. Those who are strong just find their own way to become stronger.

May everyone be a better version of themselves.
