Extremely Wasted Canteen|How to use the remaining HP to balance nutrition and deliciousness after get off work?

How much HP do you have left after get off work? I think this is a worry for most office workers who want to cook by themselves. From buying, preparing, cooking, and finally cleaning the dishes, the energy expended often makes people prefer to open FoodPanda to save trouble. But after all, it is still difficult to take into account nutrition when eating out. I hope that through simple meal preparation and sharing, everyone can pay more attention to whether the nutrition is balanced when eating ❤

At first, I switched from eating out to cooking myself.
The idea started late last year due to severe gastroesophageal reflux.

In fact, after moving to Hualien, I really like to cook.
From the very beginning, the small suite that can only wash vegetables in the toilet began to use the induction cooker to burn beer shrimp and cola chicken legs one after another.
Cooking tomato beef noodles with an electric cooker, and all kinds of stewed soups are my daily routines on vacation days.
But in the past few years, it is still mostly eating out on work days.

When I decided to cook seriously, I found that the biggest problem was the lack of HP!
One day I talked to a nutritionist in another hospital about the implementation of nutrition education and discussed this topic.
She recommended a book: Extremely Wasted Cafeteria: Life is Powerless, and You Need to Fill Your Stomach! 65 super easy recipes for when you're exhausted

Excited, I immediately placed an order to read and found that the author of this book is Japanese, and the content is mostly Japanese cuisine.
Although some ingredients and seasonings are not available, they are still good replacements.
The biggest problem is that the roommate with the soul of the old man is only used to the traditional way of eating two dishes and one soup with rice.
Ask him to eat tuna and maitake rice, stewed rice with cheese, noodles with chopped green onion and bonito... This kind of cooking is done with one spoon.
He will definitely make a face and ask me to eat it and get sullen.

But for the sake of health, I decided to start using my profession(?) to prepare dinner every day,
After more than half a year, I dare not say that the gastroesophageal reflux has been cured, but the two of us have a very good feeling in the intestines.
According to my roommate who had diarrhea with three meals, and me, who had an uneasy bowel, at least there have been many improvements in this regard.

Extremely Wasted Canteen This book also gave me a lot of inspiration and planning to save cooking time.
I hope to record these skills and experiences,
At the same time, I also write some ideas about diet and nutrition when preparing meals in this series,
Otherwise, every time you hear the dietitian cooking, you will directly say that it must be very difficult to eat~
(Hem’s cover photo is of air-fried eggplant with inner muscles, obviously delicious!)

end.
