And when this mentality grows up, it gradually forms a compensatory psychology for food, and at the same time has a possessiveness. So far, no matter whether I make it myself or buy ready-made ones, I have cultivated that every time I eat delicious food, I will eat it happily. I also hate the way of tasting delicious food. Disappointing. As for the preaching of health and other things, don't overeat, let's put it aside for now, and then talk about satisfying the appetite.

It can be said that the standard of living now has been greatly improved compared to when I was a child. Apart from precious ingredients such as delicacies from mountains and seas, it is not difficult and affordable to eat a good meal now. But I still can't forget the two or three small dishes that my grandmother made by hand in my childhood memory of taste. She has a lot of home-cooked dishes, but what I miss the most is her scrambled eggs. Even after so many years, the simple but warm taste still lingers in my mouth every time I think of it. In fact, there is no special formula or technique, just take three or four eggs from your own hen, break it into a bowl, put some chopped green onions, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and stir. Pour a little soybean oil into the pot, add the egg mixture after the oil is hot, then grandma uses the trembling hand to hold the thick spatula that has been used for more than ten or twenty years, and it only takes three turns and five smashes, and then turn off the heat and serve. Eating grandma's scrambled eggs, the perfect match is a large bowl of boiled soft, glutinous and sweet rice porridge. Pick up a chopstick and put an egg in your mouth, the oily fragrance is overflowing, the wood is not old, tender but not loose, the more you chew, the more fragrant, and then take a mouthful of rice porridge, sweet, soft and glutinous mixed with egg fragrance, simple and satisfying.

If we say that this is just a taste illusion memory caused by the lack of material in childhood - in fact, it is just an ordinary taste in memory, just like many people, including myself, now buy some childhood food from online platforms, and it seems that there is no taste in chewing. It tastes so good as a child - not really. Because growing up, I like scrambled eggs the most, and I have tried scrambled eggs from many people, including my father, mother, friends, and myself. But compared to my grandmother's craftsmanship, I always feel that it is not satisfactory. It is not because the heat is over, and the coke fragrance is more than enough, or it is too tender and a little bit of coke fragrance is missing. The magic of grandma's craftsmanship, in my opinion, lies in finding a wonderful balance point between sannen and Jiao Lao, one more point is old, one less point is tender, so-called just right.
