金澤是日本北陸主要轉運站，駅弁（車站便當）選擇多，食材用料也涵蓋其他北陸地區。
Kanazawa is a major station for tourists transferring to the other cities of Hokuriku. You could find bentos in this station covering all Hokuriku ingredients.
我們常用駅弁來彌補旅行美食行程缺憾，像蟹在金澤吃過，吃了暖食沒吃壽司，移動日就針對沒吃到的美味，用便當補足。

其中星鰻壽司在米飯裡融進了高湯，壓在魚肉裡小青蔬既美觀又能調味，六個壽司兩人分食可各吃到三種，也不用交換任何食具，無懈可擊。
All the sushi in this lunchbox was great and the middle one with Japanese eel added rich fish soup in the rice turned out a marvelous result.
能登牛便當則回歸傳統肉食便當風味，甘露慢燉的能登牛雖不肥，仍肉香四溢，便當裡採用金澤著名的麩，吸收很多牛肉味，好吃之餘，也示範了如何利用麩做燉菜料理。
Notoushi Beef bento cooked beef with deep flavor and also delivered a outstanding dish with Kanazawa traditional bran.
笹壽司販售店跟能登牛便當店，在金澤車站駅弁區，各據一個角落，從人潮上觀察，算是兩大人氣店，能登牛便當店也賣全蟹便當，如果在金澤沒吃到北陸蟹，也是不錯的補償方案。
These two bento shops are popular in Kanazawa station. The one served Notoushi Beef bento also served a very popular bento with Hokuriku crab.
