這道是跟婆婆學來的,將茄子切片沾上蛋液,灑點鹽或是胡椒粉,煎到軟就可以上菜囉。很適合不喜歡茄子整個黑掉軟爛的人。
茄子是個很神奇的食材,可以切末在做義式料理時先爆香增加香氣,之後再加入義式醬料,而且切末之後其實並不會吃到茄子的味道。也是家中常備的食材。
