It was about postpartum that I started to have low back pain. After moving to Tainan, it was the first time I took care of my child full-time. The next time I sneezed and caused low back pain, I was stuck on the ground and couldn't get up at all. I was so scared at the time! Think how old I am? What if I can't stand up? What about the child? Very nervous and always looking for some exercise to relax.
The next morning, I used a stroller with my child to accompany me. Using the stroller as a support, I limped to the nearby family medical department, took anti-inflammatory drugs, and got much better. After that, start to strengthen the core exercises and adjust allergies with Chinese medicine. But people are always habitual, and they often don't last after they get better.
This happened to me again this year. Since I did the review work, I have regained the temperament that I had to rush to complete tasks in the past. If there is a task, I want to complete it all the time, and I don’t even have to eat at noon (don’t learn bad habits) , As a result, the problem of low back pain occurs as a result of sitting for too long and insufficient exercise. This time, it was allergy and sneezing that flashed to my waist. But this time, I thought, fear doesn't give the body good energy, maybe it's the body that says to rest and accept the changes in the body at the same time. After I thought about it this way, I told my child that my mother has a backache and needs to lie down. If you want to play, you can bring toys and books to the bedside. So after lying down for a whole day, it is really comfortable.
Many people are not feeling well, and sometimes they subconsciously blame or get angry with their bodies, "Why is it here again, why is it hurting again!" I hate this kind of body. Even relatives and friends will say, "It must be because you haven't developed any habit to do this." The body may simply react to some discomfort and let you know to pay attention to it. But if you don't want to accept it and don't want to admit it, it will just cause more resistance and discomfort.
I began to learn, to listen to the voice of the body, to pay attention to the needs of the body. When this is done, it seems that physical discomfort will also be reduced a lot. If you're sneezing in the morning, it's better to wear a mask. For example, after working for a while, I will also feel the tension in my body, such as shoulders, neck, waist, and legs. When I feel that my buttocks have been sitting for a while, I will remind myself to stand for a while, pull my hands, and squat a few times. Go down and stretch those muscles that are too tense. In addition, sharing swimming is also a good exercise. When I was pregnant, because my belly was heavy, I liked to go for a walk in the water. Water can make my body lighter, and I can exercise every muscle in my body when swimming. I feel that exercising is better than running. Comfy and innocuous. The healing feeling in the water is also very good. The feeling of being surrounded by water is like the wrapping feeling in the womb. It feels like the cells of the body are floating and comfortable.
