用心理學治愈自己的瑜伽占星者——心的碎碎念

Find and solve the troubles and troubles caused by choice!

Life is total freedom, and its motto is - everything is arranged for the best, that is, this is good, and that is good. Instead of "this is the only way, it can't be that", or "this is not good, that is good"...

Learn to ask yourself, "Whose problem is this?"

A friend left a message saying that he wanted to help the people around him by studying psychology, but he didn't know which platform to choose for online courses.

In fact, I encounter many similar questions from readers and consultants every day. For example, which major should I choose? Which university is better for me to study? Should I listen to myself or my parents? Should I have a baby...

Most people don't realize that when they ask a question, they have actually deviated from the original question. What's more worrying is that people always think that as long as they choose the better side of the two or more, the problem can be solved. This dualistic thinking of just... is the source of our constant problems, troubles, and suffering.

I really understand everyone's desire for some helpful advice or help. But it is precisely because of this that I am even more afraid and unable to open my mouth easily.

Seemingly such a simple question, I can give a so-called answer based on my personal understanding, understanding or preference. But does this practice really work for the asker?

Our age, preferences, upbringing and living environment, understanding, ability to deal with things, etc. are completely different. What's more, each of us is changing all the time, our bodies and minds are changing anytime, anywhere.

What I think is good is not necessarily what others think good. Just like when I introduce the same book to different people, the results will vary wildly. I have introduced "Thinking Fast, Thinking Slowly" to different people. Some people feel that they have benefited a lot, some feel that "too much nonsense", some feel that they can't watch it, and some feel that they have gained nothing. But after a few years, someone may have experienced something, and when he picked up this book again, he felt that it worked for him again.

Others might say, "It's okay, I'm just for reference". But what they don't know is that once they have an answer, preconceived ideas are already at work in their subconscious. The "prejudice" mentioned here is not the derogatory meaning we usually understand. In fact, any preconceived notion is a prejudice against an individual before we know anything about it. Each of us grows up with our own biases and gradually forms our own belief systems that cause conflict and pain as we grow and live.

If we don't base our thinking on "variable factors", we'll never get the answers we really want.

Therefore, the more seemingly simple problems, the less simple. A small question that we think is simple and just wants an answer may be a big question that we don't realize. This is also a serious problem that people generally do not realize.

Let us ask ourselves - why do we always like to listen to the guidance and advice of so-called professionals, bricklayers or authorities? (Of course I don't think of myself as an authority, brick home or teacher, I'm just an ordinary person with a little experience and experience.)

Ask yourself again - in the era of brick houses, especially in education, finance, and health, why do so many people think it makes sense to listen to brick A, and also think it makes sense to listen to brick B. But why do so many truths have such a limited effect on themselves? Logically, there should be enough brick houses to help everyone solve their own problems, but why have the problems, troubles, conflicts and pain never diminished?

These two questions are very important, please stop here and give yourself some time to think and answer this question.

On the level of people we understand, a person who has absolutely no idea of what he really wants will listen to everyone and find it reasonable, and whoever is right, but he will be confused because of it; His own person, his focus is not on who is right or wrong, because he knows what he has to do is how to draw nourishment from everyone's expression.

I agree with Jeremy Knowles, Dean of the Harvard Academy of Arts and Sciences, who said:

"The most important goal of education is to make sure people can tell who's talking nonsense."

Education, unless it helps the individual to understand the whole picture of life and all its subtleties. Otherwise, any educational model that goes against the life model is killing the freedom of life.

We are all asked and encouraged to accept and adapt to a certain framework. And these patterns do not give life a free space to truly grow.

A good example is the banyan tree that grows in wide open spaces, with its roots and aerial roots free to stretch and penetrate deep into the soil. However, those banyan trees growing on the side of the road are often limited by human environmental factors, and when the roots and aerial roots cannot stretch and grow, they will be twisted and squeezed. Although it is also growing, it has become "deformed" due to the influence of the environment.

Sadhguru said:

"When people give you advice, make sure to see if it works for them first."

And I'd like to add one more thing to this -- "When people give you advice, make sure to see if it's profitable for them first."

The "profit" here does not just refer to money, such as fame, authority, utilitarianism, vanity, humble existence, vicious competition, morbid self-protection, convenience for oneself, and various unspeakable secrets, etc. , these are all benefits. To see the essence through the phenomenon does need a pair of discerning eyes.

We are all educated to some extent, be it basic or higher education. However, we who have received the so-called "education" are often waiting for a so-called "correct" or "useful" answer from a stranger who doesn't know us at all. Isn't this ironic enough? !

Krishnamurti said in A Lifetime of Learning,

"Traditional education makes independent thinking extremely difficult. Conformity leads to mediocrity. To build the right education, we must understand the meaning of life as a whole, and must be able to think, not mean rigid, Theoretical thinking, but direct, real thinking. A stubborn, theoretical thinker is a person who does not think because he follows a pattern; he repeats what he has said, looking for a pattern Thinking. We cannot understand life abstractly or theoretically. To understand life is to understand ourselves. And that's what education is all about."

To truly and fundamentally solve the problem, knowledge can play a very limited role.

Life is total freedom, and its motto is - everything is arranged for the best, that is, this is good, and that is good. Instead of "this is the only way, it can't be that", or "this is not good, that is good"...

Ancient and modern, all wise men and sages have never given anyone any "standard" answer, because they know that there is no such thing as a "standard answer" in this world. Without exception, they are inspiring people to constantly explore the inner and outer worlds, to perceive them, to connect with them.

If a man thinks he can solve his own problems just by acquiring some knowledge, that proves that he does not know anything about himself. I am not denying the necessity and importance of knowledge. Just as a life, we must first understand and learn about life.

As far as a "problem" itself is concerned, it is not difficult to solve it at all, we don't even need to learn anything, just enter the problem into a search engine search, and hundreds of solutions to this problem will appear immediately.

But the real problem is, this problem is solved, the next problem comes, the next problem is solved, there are other problems lined up, we are tired or afraid of the endless problems, we do not want to face these annoying situations . That's our biggest problem, right?

Obviously, to solve this problem completely, knowledge is pale and powerless, because it is impossible for any person to learn all knowledge in this lifetime. I also often say that even if a certain person is an authority in a certain industry, such as an authority in spiritual psychology, even they often have spiritual and psychological problems, emotional problems and family problems that they cannot solve by themselves, and they still need to turn to other people for help. Psychotherapist. This is a huge limitation of human knowledge.

To really solve the problem, we have to look at the problem in a higher dimension, and the way to do it is to let go of all the storage in our minds for now.

Often when problems arise, we must learn to ask ourselves, whose problem is this? Is this a "me (big, higher)" problem, or is it a "mind" problem?

There is never any problem with the Self, it is pure reality, pure existence. There is only the "ego" (mind) - constantly creating problems, it likes it, it doesn't like it; it feels this way, it's not that good; it's happy, it's miserable...

Once you see through the trick of the ego, "I" only exists as existence, and it will automatically create a distance from all the "illusions" in front of you. (The illusions mentioned here refer to the reality of existence, not really everything No), the energy flows freely without even trying to find the answer, and whatever happens becomes a blessing and a grace.

However, when most people say "I know what my problem is", he may not really know; when most people say "I know what to do", he may not really know . If you don't believe us, we can go and observe. After a long time, he will still have many problems and a lot of distress. Why? Because he doesn't know he doesn't know. This has nothing to do with whether a person is smart or not, it is about a person's awareness, the highest awareness is to exist as a life itself, existence itself, there is no problem.

Therefore, you must learn to ask yourself, "whose question is this".

Mr. Wang was a champion in the pour-over coffee competition, and he was always asked later, "What's the secret to making a good cup of pour-over coffee?" He always answered very sincerely - with heart. In that competition, he drew the worst appearance - No. 1, but he won the best. He never thought about what he was going to get in the game, he even forgot that he was in the game, he just devoted himself to what he loved and became one with that process, the result of his dedication Share it with everyone, including judges and viewers. He didn't think it was a game, like any time, just enjoying it. So he has always maintained a stable level.

Indeed, "carefulness" is the best answer to all questions. By perceiving and connecting with the heart, "I" can know who is asking the question. When all this is understood in the heart, the answer will naturally appear, and that is the best answer, because that is the blessing and grace of the universe.

There is only one reason for everything we experience, to bring "me" to a higher dimension, one with existence itself.

Only when we realize that the ego is constantly pulling the "me" down with various problems all the time, can the "me" really use its energy in the direction of problem solving.
