Read the note "Hidden Strengths: Limitations Can Be Opportunities, Weaknesses Can Be Unique Assets, Use All Your Conditions To Shine"

★The world is unfair, you have to learn to pull yourself! The first Taiwanese female professor at Harvard Business School teaches you the ability to turn resistance into help and join the circle of opportunities!

● What does the so-called "edge" mean? To have an advantage is to have an advantage, but the advantage is not limited to the advantage. It is also about whether you understand enough of your perception to others, regardless of whether other people's opinions are correct. Once you understand the impact of stereotypes and learn how to steer them in your favor, you can create an advantage for yourself.

● By creating an advantage, you know that even if you lack certain endowments, you can still create favorable conditions for yourself, especially in challenging and critical situations.

●13 principles of hidden advantage:

1. Desperately working hard and getting results. But the reality is not necessarily so.

2. The point is not to go all out. Find your essential features and it all starts here.

3. Use your unique approach to develop your basic characteristics to go where no one goes.

4. Embrace limitations. Restrictions bring opportunities.

5. Insight comes from trusting your own intuition and experience.

6. When people feel joy, they will let you in.

7. Don’t over plan. Aim for flexibility and look for opportunities to create joy.

8. Loyal to sincerity. Embrace the joy of improvisation on the spot.

9. "Be yourself" is to guide others to recognize all your dazzling appearances.

10. Understand how others see you. Then reboot, how they should see you.

11. Understand the opinions and expectations of others, and guide others to know the real you.

12. What matters is not where you came from, but where you will go. Guide how others perceive your trajectory.

13. Turn adversity into advantage.

●Enriching value: Mastering one's own basic characteristics, understanding one's own circle of competence, and discovering potential opportunities from limitations, can find the entry point that can bring value.

●Creating Delight Delight: Being adaptable and creating unexpected surprises is an important ability. You can open the door of opportunity only by making people happy and letting go of their defenses. In the face of criticism, the ability to create joy creates the opportunity to start over, giving you critical opportunities to show how you can create and enhance value, helping you to remove criticism, reverse prejudice, and even turn prejudice into an advantage.

● Daoyin Guide: Each of us is covered with labels, and no one escapes the influence of stereotypes. To take the initiative to guide the views of others, to reposition themselves in the eyes of others.

● Effective Effort Effort: Effort is a necessary condition, but does not guarantee success. To be smart and go all out, your value can be truly appreciated.
