Introduce my favorite "girl group" in recent years

There has been a wave of girl groups in Hong Kong recently, but what I want to introduce is not that kind of girl group, but an indie rock band with all female vocalists and other musicians.

There has been a wave of girl bands in Hong Kong recently, but what I want to introduce is not that kind of girl band, but the Female Band, which is a female band from the lead singer to the other instruments.

Warpaint

I was fortunate enough to see their live, bass guitarist Jannylee was really attractive.

Warpaint is an indie rock band from California, USA, which has been noticed by the mainstream since the release of their first album The Fool in 2010. My favorite is their second album of the same name, Warpaint. The whole thing is super nice.

In recent years, their production has been relatively small. The last album has been in 2016, but this year they have released a new song Lilys for the HBO drama Made For Love.

2. Kælan Mikla

I discovered them from this video and they were filmed afterwards

The three Icelandic glamorous witches are very cold. The music style is Coldwave and Postpunk, and they especially like the shouting of the lead vocals.
