Art therapy group experience sharing

Recently, I finally signed up for the art therapy workshop I have always wanted to experience.
During the creative process, I felt an emotion from sadness to calm,
Art therapist feedback is in the process of emotional flow,
I understand myself,
It is wonderful to meet this feeling. :)
