Steamed Eggs: Delicious Memories

It turns out that some memories are still deeply delicious!

Is there any kind of person who may not have cooked for more than ten years and has no special memories, but reappeared in the rivers and lakes by a coincidence, but was amazed by his own fully automatic completion craftsmanship: it turns out that some memories are still profoundly delicious no matter how long what!

The earliest source is my grandmother, who is a skilled chef. As a cooking woman who runs a party every day, I remember that one day when I was a student, the news reported that there was a big food safety problem with eggs. Since that day, my mother If you say you don't want to buy it, you won't buy it. From then on, the egg has been withdrawn from my dining table.

It should be ten years later, when I was working and vacationing in Japan, and one day, I suddenly found that my friends around me didn't seem to have eaten the steamed eggs passed down from the Guo family. So what are you waiting for? Just have a bowl! Wow! You can do it completely automatically without hesitation! Wow! The first sip of this taste is like returning to the hometown flavor on the table at home!

I have never encountered this dish and this taste when eating out, and it is more of a style like Japanese steamed eggs. Learned from my mother's natural play, simple and supremely delicious! Thanks to the friends who seduced the taste of hometown in Japan back then, so I left a photo record. It’s been a few years since I came back to Taiwan. Maybe I wanted to eat preserved eggs and salted eggs because I read some food articles. I don’t think about the ingredients in my daily life without eggs. The memories of my childhood are unexpectedly profound.

Excavated but tried to play dead to take pictures

★Material:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (ceramic spoon or stainless steel table spoon)
You can adjust it according to your preference, or mix and match different flavors of soy sauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • Moderate amount of pepper
  • Three or five drops of vinegar
  • Wan Gong
  • All kinds of ingredients you want to add (optional)

★Steps:

  1. Two eggs + one tablespoon of soy sauce + a little salt + three or five drops of vinegar, stir well.
★The secret is vinegar ← can make the steamed egg taste smooth and delicious.
  2. Add cold water or filtered water until the bowl is 70% full, then mix well.
  3. Steam with an electric pot, steam with half a cup of water and simmer for five minutes. Steam with gas, heat over water, cook on high heat until the outer layer of water boils, then change to medium and low heat and steam for ten to fifteen minutes. (If you are not sure, you can safely lift the lid to see the condition and try it~)
  4. Sprinkle pepper after the pot, or you can also add a little pepper and mix it together at the beginning, each has its own flavor.

★Advanced changes:

The basic model is simple and lazy! The advanced version depends on what ingredients you like to add. Basically, there is nothing you can't add, only dare to eat it (hey!) Of course, please be sure to pay attention to the fact that food is incompatible. You can search for " egg incomparable " and there will be many combinations for reference. Personally, the ones I think are good are: shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, celery, etc.

In the past, most of them were to eat the basic models, the classic ones are not greasy, and the advanced models have no time to play and enter the eggless daily life. This is left to those who are destined to study on their own!

Steamed Eggs with Mushrooms: It should be the clear refrigerator series contains whole shiitake mushrooms and sliced shiitake mushrooms (nonsense...)
