【Private Kitchen】~ Pig Heart


It has always been said that what we eat makes up what we eat, so what we eat pig heart tonic is our heart. Pig heart has the functions of nourishing the heart, soothing the nerves, and enhancing physical strength.


I don’t know what to eat every day. I haven’t eaten pig hearts for a long time. I bought a cooked one today to count as a dish!


Prepare ingredients: pig heart, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce.


1) Cut off the blood vessel connection at the top of the pig heart, cut it open, cut the tendons inside, and wash off the blood clots.

2) Put water in a pot, blanch the pig heart, wash it, put it in a pressure cooker, add ginger slices and cooking wine, press the water for 8 minutes and turn off the heat.

3) Take it out and cut it into thin slices, pour a plate of soy sauce and eat it.


Cook three more dishes, one meat and one vegetarian, and you can start eating. It tastes good to eat occasionally. You can prepare a few and put them in the quick freezer. When you want to eat them, take them out and thaw them a few hours in advance.
