Create conditions to run without conditions

When I woke up at seven in the morning, the demonic wind was still blowing outside the window, and the rain didn't stop. I got up and went to the toilet, went back to the bed, and told them in the group: go to sleep, the rain is still falling. I really don't remember, the wind and rain are all excuses, and more importantly, I didn't sleep well at night.

However, although the others were hesitating, no one seemed to be planning to give up. After discussion, the meeting time was postponed by two hours, from 9:00 to 11:00. Because according to the weather forecast, the rain stopped after ten o'clock.

I didn't fall asleep anymore, I lay down and watched the movie "Wu Hai". This turned out to be the first movie I watched in May, and there were few articles written in May, so I don't know where the time went. The movie is a bit ugly, and it doesn't deserve his high popularity at all. But looking back, isn't that the case with Chinese-style family relationships?

I ended up being half an hour late and arrived at the greenway entrance of Jinhuasi East Road at 11:30. Based on the confidence of the only serious runner of the three, I let them go first, and I want them to go first. Unexpectedly, it didn't catch up until ten kilometers. They stopped by the roadside for supplies and waved at me from a distance. At that time, I was actually in good shape, with a pace of about 6 minutes, and I was racing against a few young people riding bicycles. Every time they ride on the bridge, they will stop to take pictures. Every time I shout from behind, hurry up, I will catch up with you. They shouted and put away their mobile phones, laughed and continued to rush forward. Of course, after catching up with my teammates, I never saw them again.

For example, when I went to Lhasa by bicycle, there were always people driving or riding motorcycles who approached me and gave me a thumbs up. Running on the greenway, slow down and ask: How much did you run? Run about forty kilometers. Oh, how many are there? Thirty more. Come on then! At this time, I hope that I can run the whole way, 100 kilometers. Tsk tsk, how awesome is this!

After 20 kilometers, Lee disarmed. He hasn't run for a long time, and this time he was deceived. He originally said to walk, but temporarily changed it to running. It was difficult to ride a tiger, so he had to bite the bullet. For the next 20 kilometers, he rode a bicycle and worked with Brother Tian to provide logistic support for us.

On the riding road ten years ago, Xiao N charged forward all the way, and I was the one at the tail of the crane. Now things have changed, and after 25 kilometers, he is getting tired, and I am far ahead. Two runners came up one after another and wanted to invite me on the same road, but I said no, I was waiting for a friend. One of the eldest brothers, naked and bronzed, looked very provocative. Did he say that the one in the back, a little fat, was walking? I said yes. Later, I told Xiao N about this, emphasizing the word "somewhat fat". Xiao N stood there and rolled his eyes.

In the end, it took five and a half hours to complete the first full-marathon distance jogging since April last year, and also filled up the remaining greenway gaps during the May Day hike, which was a complete success.

On April 9, 2021, after participating in the 42-kilometer cross-country ride on the Fairy Peak in Leshan, the long window of competition began. At the time, there was no sign.

After nearly a year of suspension due to the epidemic, marathons in China have gradually resumed since November 2020. On November 29, I also participated in the Nanjing Marathon. Before the race, I saw Japanese documentary director Ryo Kane interviewing athletes who were queuing to go to the toilet. After the game, I saw his article, saying that the Japanese read his report and were very envious that China could hold such a large-scale sports event. At that time, Japan was in the quagmire of the epidemic. The marathon with tens of thousands of participants was a unimaginable.

At the time, he was right when it came to the marathon, although there were already indications that this man was nothing more than a more advanced Vlaf. Not just Japan, most of the world was in deep mud at that time, and China seems to have gradually come out of the epidemic. "Stability and progress", yes, even I thought so at that time. When looking forward to 2021 with my runners, I also said don’t worry, the race will definitely return to the previous number, maybe even more, because with my party’s urgency, I must do things that others can’t do. Do it, and then "News Network" compares it every day to demonstrate our institutional advantages.

Who would have guessed that the Nanjing Marathon in 2020 would be my last city marathon. And the 42-kilometer cross-country on Fairy Peak is my only race in 2021, and the last 42-kilometer.

The opportunity for China's running competition to enter "static management" is actually not the epidemic, but the tragedy that killed 21 people on May 22, 2021 in Silver Cross Country. Looking back now, I am a little curious. If the Yellow River Stone Forest was blue all day and the runners "should finish the race", would the result be different from today? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe that way, its yard off-road races wouldn't be so regulated. But who can guarantee that, after all, in China, epidemic prevention is a political task. It is said that a quarantine line has been set up on the summit of Mount Everest to prevent the new crown virus from successfully reaching the top from the Nepal side.

Fortunately, I am still partially self-disciplined. After the marathon was suspended, my running career was not interrupted. I run every month, but without the blessing of running 21 or 42 kilometers at every turn, I stumble on my monthly running goal, or I can’t complete it. Throughout 2021, I have never run a half-marathon in private, let alone a full-marathon, so that the rank of Yue's running circle has also been downgraded to a "top runner". I was a "super runner" for quite some time before that. Although this level is useless, but noticing this change still made my heart ripple.

After that, I started forcing myself to run a few half-marathons. Then, there was the marathon last Saturday. I have to work hard, otherwise, one day the government will be kind enough to allow me to run away, but I will be embarrassed by myself.
