超乎預期，立閣人文旅店 No expectations,but pleasant experience in Liiko Hotel

趕在最後一刻取消Agoda訂房，改用Hotel.com緊急搜訂一間旅館，出發前，在Hotel.com跟谷歌地圖上，來不及深入了解這家旅館，想去花蓮放空，訂房時也腦袋空空。

It’s a rush trip that I cancelled a hotel booking on Agoda and I grabbed another hotel booking on Hotel.com spontaneously.

After that, I fell to do some research on Hotel.com and Google Map that I knew little about this hotel before I set off to Hualien.

然而，情勢在普悠瑪號上開始向上扭轉：

But things started to turn up on my ride on Taiwanese Railway Puyuma Express.

「請問您是X先生嗎？您好，我們是立閣人文旅店，您有訂今天入住的房間，想請問您大概幾點抵達呢？」，「呃，大概是中午過後吧。」，「請問您需要接送服務嗎？如有需要請您告訴我抵達的時間資訊。」，這時我才想起來沒有跟旅館詢問接送服務事宜，隨即回覆了接送時間。

“Hello! Are you Mr.X who booked Liiko Hotel room today?”,”Yes.I am.”,”Would you mind tell us when would you arrive that we could pick you up?”.

這是第一次，在我沒有要求接送服務情況下，台灣旅館主動詢問提供服務。

That’s my first time experience in Taiwan. I’d never been asked to be pick up before I asked or I forgot. That’s a service usually provided after I asked in Taiwan.

抵達後發覺，立閣人文旅店房間很新，床墊不過軟，每個房間無線網路都是獨立的。

It seemed to me that the room is comfortable and the bed is cozy in Liiko Hotel. And they provide individual Wi-fi for each room that you don’t have to share Wi-Fi with other customers.

谷歌地圖上無法顯現這旅館位置的優越，對外窗戶白天與晚上都可以看到台鐵的火車經過，晚上看台鐵列車從樹林裡鑽出有點宮崎駿卡通的味道，隔音很好，旅館有兩個面向可遠眺海洋。

There’s something you couldn’t see on Google Map. You could see trains coming in day and night but without noise. The scene of night train coming in is as beautiful as the animation by Hayao Miyazaki. And you could see sea in both side here.

早餐算中規中矩的台式與西式合璧自助餐，選用花蓮番薯的地瓜粥是亮點。

They serve good breakfast in Taiwanese-American Fusion style. The congee with sweet potatoes of Hualien could be the best dish you should try.

旅館有租用單車服務，太魯閣302觀光巴士在旅館門口有停，對往太魯閣方向遊覽，又不想開車的旅客很方便。

They also provide bike for rent. There’s a bus stop in front of this hotel for Taroko Bus No.302. That really make you easier to enjoy a short trip on bus to Taroko National Park.

旅館服務極好，好的不只是一般旅館訓練那種表面禮貌，立閣人文旅店服務人員從接待到送客去搭車，從頭到尾跟你談論景點、交通、環境時，就像第一次到朋友家時，朋友那種輕鬆愉快的接待感覺。

The service of this hotel is heartwarming. They talk to customers as they welcome friends to their house.

沒有期待，最後得到愉快住宿經驗的旅館，推薦給想到花蓮放空的朋友。
