十几年前在里昂短暂住过，能写下的有一些，却从没动笔过。今天一起来不经意间竟然看完了这篇长文。大概是bob这人物有意思，也或许是作者笔下留着真实的印记。笔者一开头就吐槽了里昂人难以接近，个人觉得真是很真实。

纽约客的文章真的很好读，如果有什么时刻最值得定这份杂志，那就是现在。(喜爱美食的真的不要错过这篇)

文章里有两句话我觉得值得摘出来。

—Le goût et les valeurs sont transmis.—

—Flavor and value: those are the qualities that are transmitted. Only in France would “flavor” and “value” have the same moral weight.—
