Exercise Log - July 5
July 5
1 Before going to bed last night, I did 200 air bike rides, rested, and then did leg stretches and arm exercises. The goal was accomplished, and I was moved! During the process, my thigh was still sore, so I did it more slowly than the previous days, but it is better to do it than not to do it well.
2 After turning off the lights, I was lying on the bed talking to my two daughters, and then I felt that there was still little time, so I did 200 more air bike rides. However, maybe because I just finished three sets of training, my thighs are more sore and stiff. I can handle the first 100 air bike rides, and the second half is dead. I even have to put down my legs and rest for a second or two before doing it, which seems too chur.
3 This morning, I was woken up by my little daughter before six o'clock. She yelled "Yah, ah, ah" and then said she wanted to eat pancakes. I looked at her still closed eyes, it must be a dream, this is too much food.
4 Since being woken up, get up and do some exercise. After doing 200 air cycling and 10 minutes of abdominal training, I was sweating. After the abs training, Amei woke up to hug her, and I was so tired that I could only let her sit on my lap and hug her gently with one hand.
5 This morning, the goal is completed. If you have time and physical strength in the evening, do leg stretching exercises and arm exercises for 5 minutes each, and then do 200 air cycling.
