It turned out that I suddenly made a reservation at a restaurant in the morning to take Dad C for a feast, but we only had a table as soon as we made the reservation, so we urgently called the sisters to go on a lunch date.
Ambassador Hotel Chinese Restaurant
The Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant and A CUT Steakhouse of the Ambassador Hotel were actually moved to Liaoning Street last year (the restaurant was originally closed due to renovations at the Ambassador Hotel, and then moved a few months later), and then the Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine restaurants were merged into the Guobin Restaurant. The restaurant, so I went there that day. It was very new... and the air conditioning was very cold [? 〕,Eh! This is important, it's been really hot lately.
In addition, Guobin's original Cantonese restaurant, Sichuan restaurant, and A CUT Steakhouse have all been recommended by Michelin, and the steakhouse has been recommended with one star twice in a row.

Hanging oven roast duck
This dish has to wait for 90 minutes, so... Part of the reason for having this meal is because of this dish. When C made the reservation, the restaurant said that if you want to eat roast duck, you need to order it now because it needs to be roasted... . But... how can a duck solve it without finding someone? So there was a scene of finding someone to have lunch with in the group.
There are three kinds of roast duck. The first one is the duck with sliced skin. Let’s take a look at our duck first. [Eh? Why does it seem a little weird? 〕, it means that the skin of the roast duck is really roasted until it is shiny and oily.
E means: You need to have your hands as a scale.
After we have seen it, we will take it to the side to dismantle the duck. Because it is not at the table, there is no process of taking the skin of the duck. But it is really convenient. The skin and meat will be separated, so that you can eat every roll. Meat and skin, but Dad C is really cute and loves to eat skin.

The third choice was duck rack porridge or duck rack rice noodle soup. However, because we wanted to eat more dishes, we asked if we could just have soup. The seasoning of the soup is very fresh, and it is a soup that will relieve tiredness.
Rice pepper tender hoof flower
This dish is slightly spicy and very tasty. The pork leg skin is very clean and has a Q-like texture. If you have rice, it will go well with your meal.
Steamed Kale with Plum and Cabbage
I rarely eat kale because I don’t like it too much, but this dish is steamed with prunes and it’s surprisingly delicious. The original flavor of the dish is also covered up. It’s nice. It has bell pepper on top, so this dish is Not spicy.
Guobin Special Fried Rice
This fried rice looks very good, the grains are clearly defined and the sauce completely covers every grain of rice. It tastes moderately soft and hard, but... everyone is very restrained and dare not eat too much, but... really It's delicious, and those who love eating can definitely finish a whole plate.
sesame chicken
It's really full of sesame seeds, so it's really fragrant. The chicken is tender and delicious. Although it looks red on the plate, I don't think the spiciness is very high.
Fish-flavored oxtail
This oxtail is very tasty. I think oxtail feels very similar to pig's feet. It's full of gelatin. It's delicious. It seems like it's my first time to eat oxtail.
