The Communist Party needs to train a group of red politicians to replace local Hong Kong politicians. Even the local leftists, the DAB and the Federation of Trade Unions are not trustworthy. When the source of power changes, the local leftists used to implement Beijing policies, and public opinion always rebelled. The local leftists need to communicate with the Liaison Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and they also worry about losing elections. But the CCP is perverted and hypocritical. Even if it completely despises universal values, it still wants to gild itself with the old "rule of law" and "democracy" in Hong Kong.
