This is a video call interview. Since graduation two years ago, most of the interviews have been changed to online, and there is only one offline interview that has really been experienced. At this time, I deeply felt that I became a member of the remote working aborigines. Although I don't like all kinds of video interviews, including that, times have changed, and those who adapt the fastest can successfully enter the next wave.

The second hand turned to zero, and I realized that the interview had officially begun.

1, 2, 3. . .

"Hello, I'm xxx", a thick but friendly voice came first,

The other party turned on the camera, and a face that matched the voice immediately appeared:

"Hello, I'll turn on the camera and say hi first. There are children at home, so I won't turn it on after that?"

Before he finished speaking, there was a cry from behind.

I smiled and said it was fine. In fact, it's really okay, after all, this kind of environment makes me relax. With the other party's voice, he was really friendly, and he said, "I don't really want to go through the ordinary interview process. We can talk about web 3.0 today. Can you introduce yourself first?"

"Of course!" I was refreshing and confident, and the self-introduction I had prepared was expressed in a certain state between "natural" and "unnatural".

It is summarized as follows: (specifically will not be described)

Two years of marketers, have certain experience in 2B and 2C, and have led social media operations and planning market activities. Due to my understanding of nft, I have been a writer in the nft field and have experience in community operations.

"Interesting" - A nightmarish word is here.

Then a series of questions bombarded me:

• Tell us about your views on China's policy?

Pan: Well, even though I'm in the Chinese market, I haven't been able to tell the specific direction of one, two or three policies. I just point out the general direction, and give examples of people I've been in contact with. The descriptions are very scattered.

The specific reason is actually because at that time, I was doing things "without asking for deep understanding" . In fact, I asked myself why, and I could find answers to many questions.

• Do you think the recent trend is god horse?

Pan: The other party's question is actually very general. What is the trend? What kind of insights should I give as a marketer?

In fact, the best way may be to first dismantle the other party's problems , because the development trend of web3/web3 market strategy/trends in various fields of the ecological chain can all be discussed at length, or you can ask first, What is the trend in the end? This will give you more time to think about yourself.

. . . In the latter series, I did not answer according to a very complete structure. Even if some of the key points were captured, the other party would feel that I had no system of my own.

The more I went to the later stage, the more Buddhist I became, and finally he asked me if I had any questions to ask him. I do have it, but it's still not very relevant to me. It 's purely an attitude of wanting to learn:

• Why does the company (an agency) want to develop a web3.0 business?

A: Recently, a large number of companies have begun to have this demand, and the company has always been in a leading position in the industry. It is very necessary to see this demand market of customers and improve its business capabilities to a higher level;

• Why would you personally want to get into web 3.0?

A: I personally learned coding since I was a child, and I am very interested in this. When I came into contact with crypto, it was just the beginning of the industry. My personal interests caught up with the trend of the times, and later I found out that I could still make money , so why not do it? What (this paragraph is too "ordinary"...)

• Here comes the point: I am personally curious: Is there any difference in formulating market strategies in 🐮 and 🐻?

A: It is actually very easy to do some publicity in a bull market. All you can do is to keep up with the trend and carry out routine operations. When you enter a bear market, your strategy should be more radical. why? Because in this chaotic stage, everyone needs to find a signal and needs to be told by others: what should be done and what should not be touched.

You will hear that he will read many, many articles every day to understand the latest news and trends, and he will trade by himself (have heard his enthusiasm for trading);

You will hear him saying "web 3.0 has existed for so many years, it is no longer a phenomenon, but has become an established fact" , the enthusiasm and longing he showed.

You will find that every person who has worked hard to reach a high position in the web3.0 industry, or has worked diligently and conscientiously on projects, mostly has the following characteristics: they have the confidence not to be afraid of risks, and have the curiosity to study the industry all night long , with continuous attention and outlook on new trends and developments;

You'll know this: With so many talented and capable people gathered in this industry, it's impossible for a small accident to lead to a permanent downturn.

In short, after listening to the insights of the boss, it is very in-depth and unique, and I clearly realize:

Oh, it turns out that what I have done is really far, far from enough.
