Michelangelo: "David is in the marble all the time, I just take off the parts that don't belong to David." "That's what my job does - to help people remove all the irrelevant marbles." - Gail Blanke "Lost 50 Things and Find 100 Points in Your Life"

My concept of Duansheli is that the lack of clutter in the room is only a side effect of it. The real effect is to realize my own obsession in the process. The understanding in the middle is the key point first, but I will talk about it first when it comes to Duansheli. Speaking of this book, although there is no "Duan She Li" as a sheep's head, what I do next will actually be of great help.
"We're not throwing things away purely to create a neat or orderly life, but to clarify our roles and decide what's important to us right now, so remember to do this by asking yourself a question: "What the hell am I doing here?""
The whole book is divided into four parts, from home, studio, emotions to the future. It seems that it is a reference book that can keep up with 50 things. Among them, the author shares the struggles of many people or his friends, but he talks a lot of nonsense to me.

The first two parts revolve around tight sampling, five major principles:
1- Seeing her or getting started will make you feel bad or have a bad feeling

2- If you don’t advance, you will retreat, without feeling or making a positive contribution to your life and occupying space

3-To make you think, struggle and be patient

4- Don't be surprised

5- The same set of items should be the same, for example, ten ballpoint pens that have been broken and written on and off, plus three spare parts for exams that have not been used in ten years, and the same as other unused stationery. Sample

Following the above five principles has already produced a lot of waste that you call it waste, so it can be divided into three categories: garbage, donated, and sold together.
The above is mainly for housing companies, and you can think about it in a studio. Do you want to show that you are a unique person in your career? Objects that are helpful to the value you claim will be retained first, and how many things are buried for the present and the future, "the hero does not mention the courage of the past", and you will not stay if you indulge in the climax of the past.

The next two parts change the subject to the point of getting rid of negative or self-limiting thoughts:
"Being good enough, for whom?"
"Being arrogant will destroy you"
"Security can make you insecure"
"If something goes bad, I think you'll get what you want"
"It's impossible for everyone to like you"
"Throw away the idea of 'I am all on my own'"
"Adventure is unpredictable"
"The world is not for those who adapt, but for those who are different." No objection means you haven't done enough.
......

After watching it, I felt a little awkward, although I felt that it was so smooth that I moved from my personal feelings at home to work, and I started to pick up my thoughts after I was familiar with it, "I believe you have realized that the physical debris and emotions How closely related the clutter is. Even throwing away something as trivial as an old, broken bathroom floor mat can easily throw away some old ideas." But that's weird to me. Of course, doing what he said is by no means an ordinary person.

The last part about the future has so few successful learnings, such as the chapter "Outlining the Vision for a Year and a Half": "At this moment, whoever you want to be, can be whoever you want to be, But you have to write it down before you can decide and count.” That’s it, I want a thousand BTC and a thousand ETH!

In the end, I won't leave this book. Originally, it's all about returning to me, and I'm not talking about it.

If you are interested in such topics, you can watch Netflix's "Tidying Up with Marie Kondo" (Tidying Up with Marie Kondo (Kondo Marie)) or watch "Breakthrough" by Eiko Yamashita.
