In fact, this amount is a bit too much for me, so I saved half of the pho for tomorrow...

There are quite a lot of ingredients for the raw spring rolls, the sauce is very refreshing, I think I need to add a bit more spicy, but each roll has two shrimps, three are enough to eat, the point is because the raw spring rolls are cold, I think it is very suitable Eat it in summer!

The stewed beef pho soup is different from pho. The soup is very good, with a faint fragrance. I don't know if it's lemongrass or lemon? 〔Eh! ? Are these two similar? ].

I came to try it this time, but because the day I went to buy it was really hot, so I ordered cold. There are two kinds of raw spring rolls and Vietnamese-style rice rolls . The portions are quite large. The impression of the two together seems to be one hundred and three. In the end, I left two rolls of raw spring rolls to eat the next day.

The raw spring rolls are cheaper than the previous one, but the ingredients are less [the other one has shrimp], the taste is not bad, but one of the rolls has a small piece that is hard. I don’t know why, if I compare the two, I personally I prefer the raw spring rolls from the previous one. It tastes more happier. It seems that there is a plus point for more ingredients. XD.

I think the Vietnamese-style rice noodle soup is very good. It has a lot of flavor and freshness. It also adds a lot of shredded cucumber [although I still added chili XD at the end]. I will try their hor fun next time. 〔Um! Might wait a little longer! ! ]
