I. Introduction:

30 years (years) X 12 months/year = 360 months

Assuming there are only 900 months in life – 360 months (the time you can’t go back) = 540 months (the remaining time in your life)


Next, we divide the 540 months into three equal parts:

If one of the first tranches is employed for 180 months;

Another 180 months to sleep;

Then, all you can really use is the last 180 months , which is your time after work .


Now, try to think back, how have you spent your off-duty time these past two weeks?

Is it to relax and watch dramas?

Or keep swiping social platforms such as Facebook and IG?

Or is it used to develop a hobby or a second specialty?
