Since a classmate was very hungry and said that he could not wait for the hot pot, we ordered two snacks (2) :

The first food delivered was a spicy platter , including duck tongue, pig ears, cattle show, and money belly. This platter is spicy and delicious. The two classmates thought it was savory and suitable for dinner, so they ordered two bowls of rice to be delivered, and I drank tea while eating to relieve the spicy food.

Compared with the spicy platter, the wild pickled chicken feet is paediatric, but it is sour and refreshing, with some wine aroma, delicious, and it is also a good dish for dinner!

Then, we ordered the pickled cabbage fish pot (8) , the fish was tender and fresh and delicious, coupled with the sweet and sour pickled cabbage, it was very appetizing!

After eating half the pot of fish, we added 6 hot pot ingredients (6) , including fresh fish maw, fat beef, black pork belly, crab roe cuttlefish balls, shrimp balls and bells. Except for the fresh fish maw, other ingredients are very common hot pot ingredients, but the food here is very fresh, they claim that crab roe cuttlefish balls and shrimp balls are hand-made, which makes the taste a big upgrade.

In addition, ringing bell is one of the hot pot ingredients that many Hong Kong people like to order. It can be eaten in many ways. If you are hungry, you can pick it up and eat it as soon as it is on the table, without boiling it. However, putting it in a hot pot and cooking it for a while will be another flavor. If you like it refreshing, you can put it into the hot pot for one to two seconds. Like me, I like the soft texture. You can leave it for a few seconds. When you pick it up, it has absorbed the full soup, which is very delicious!

Are these six ingredients rich? The amount of each ingredient seemed small, but they were all delicious and enough for the three of us to have a full meal.
