The reason why the latter is widely used is that the gelatin tablet is soaked for a long time or the water is not twisted too dry, which will destroy its original ratio, but the gelatin powder will not.

The most important thing for both gelatin tablets and gelatin powder is that the temperature of the liquid to be mixed at the end should not be too high, otherwise it will affect its coagulation degree, preferably at 60 degrees.
