My mother was preparing ingredients in the kitchen, watching her take out the viscera from the chicken cavity, knowing what to keep and what not to keep. Then she took a small oval-shaped thing and said, "This is called the chicken forgetting. Your grandmother said that if you eat this thing, you will lose your memory." After that, she threw the small thing away. I asked, what is that? That is, what part of the chicken? Mom said I don't know. Then proceed to dig into the guts.

I actually don't believe that eating a small thing can make people lose their memory. If it is, and if it can be selectively forgotten, maybe it is more valuable than Meng Po tea?

Curiosity is strong, just google it, and there are overwhelming answers. The so-called "chicken forgetting" is actually the spleen of the chicken. In the past, people were poor and had few days to eat chicken, so they would make the best use of everything, and they had to eat up all their internal organs. Young and old in a family, the old man would rather give the delicious chicken to the children and the young and strong, but he was afraid that the children would not follow him and would rush to eat, so he made up a "chicken forgot" and tricked the children into saying that they would eat "chicken and forget". There will be no memory, and there will be zero eggs in the exam.

Maybe people in the past were more simple, or, anyway, they had the mentality that they would rather believe what they had, so white lies were passed down from generation to generation.

Grandma passed the white lie to my mother, and my mother passed her to me. I dug out the truth and finally chose to write down the beautiful lie.

How can you talk about rat wine? It was an animal documentary on TV, and the camera happened to shoot a litter of newly born mice. She was pink and tender, her eyes still not open. Then the father said with a bright face, "At that time, it was said that there was an old building to be demolished, and the coolies at the wharf, as well as the construction workers, would go to the scene and pick up the newly-born mice without any effort."

The old father who was born after the Restoration of Hong Kong lived like a street boy when he was young. Children of that era grew up on the streets.

I like the smell of medicinal herbs and the smell of Jiu Da wine. Later I learned that it was the smell of Tian Qi.

Jiu Jiu and Jieda Medical Center are my childhood memories. Once for a month, I would show up in the bone-setting gym in the afternoon, changing dressings and gauze or something. This is probably the case. I like the taste of Jieda Hall; when I encounter such a restaurant on the road, I want to take a deep breath. Now I haven't seen much of the old trauma clinic.
