Remnant mission
[Water Lane Inscription] After Elian went into exile in Switzerland, in principle, the Swiss authorities forbade him to get involved in politics again, and only allowed him to teach. But it did not prevent him from fighting vigorously. In addition to catching up and spreading his own political ideas, he also helped to attract other Russians who were separated from Europe due to the war. In order to revitalize the great cause of the motherland, Yilian can be said to have done his best and died.
During this period, he gave four lectures on the topics of Russian art, religion and philosophy. Although he was not tolerated by Nazi Germany, when the German and Soviet armies faced off against each other, he clearly expressed his solidarity with the German army, believing that fascism was a sharp blade for punishing the Soviet Union. It can be seen that he hates the Communist Party for eroding the national soul of Russia more than foreign insults.
Unexpectedly, in his eyes, the corrupt Soviet Union triumphed over Nazi Germany. But he did not change his ways because of this, and still believed that the Soviet Union would one day collapse and the great Tsarist Russian Empire would be reborn from the ashes. On this premise, he wrote articles one after another, persuading the remnants of Tsarist Russia to stay put and try their hardest, and Xu Tu made a comeback. He was the last living totem of the former White Army. In the winter of 1954, he passed away in obscurity at the age of seventy-one.
Ilian wrote a lot, and he published about twenty Russian books and about twenty German books in his life, almost all of them were born in the scattered years. And about half of his life was spent in separation, and this experience was deeply imprinted in his thoughts. Echoing his earlier thought, the world is becoming more and more corrupt because of the loss of God's protection, but man is better than being able to save himself. Influenced by the wave of fascism, he became convinced that this corrupt world was waiting for a great nation to lead it right, and that nation was the Russians. It is a pity that Russia has been surrounded by foreign powers for a long time, and the countries of the East and the West have been eyeing it, making the people of the country have to work hard, so that they have become obsessed with the devil, and they have accidentally stepped on the wrong path of the Bolshevik Revolution. In his eyes, world history is a Russian Passion.
For the well-being of the Russians, and for the eternal peace of Eurasia, he inspired his compatriots to overcome all odds and rebuild the empire that shoulders the spirit of the White Army. Two years after his death, a collection of essays, Our Mission, was published in Paris, covering the period from the Soviet victory over Germany to his death. Seeing that the Soviet Union is getting more stable, the writing axis of Elian's late period is entrusting his wishes to the descendants of the Russians. The anthology Our Mission can be roughly divided into three themes:
1. The cause of the collapse of the Russian Empire;
2. The essence of the Bolshevik revolution;
Third, the strategy for rebuilding the Russian Empire.
This collection of essays does not have any immediate effect, but is a small footnote in a big era. Unexpectedly, half a century later, the body was revived and revived in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and it has fermented and expanded to this day. (to be continued)
