Jobs won't come back, let him go

As a user and industry insider who has experienced Apple's ups and downs for 40 years, I am actually a little inexplicable about Apple's comments about "not as good as Jobs", "missing Jobs", and "Jobs will be mad" after launching new products. Perhaps it should be said that you probably haven't really experienced the ups and downs of Jobs.
This article was originally published in the " Uncle F's Daily Communications " e-newsletter, welcome to subscribe .

Steve Jobs does have an unshakable position in the history of personal computers, there are many legends in his life, and his persistence and paranoia about product design are also talked about; but this does not mean that everything will/can be based on him. As (a dead and unproven) benchmark.

You don't know what Jobs would do if he was still in the face of new product technology, styling, application environment, manufacturing production, cost and supply chain control and other design requirements; whether the choices he made were feasible in today's environment Success is still unknown.

Consuming a person who can no longer speak is actually meaningless. It is like continuing to "miss the era of President Jiang" under the current social and international situation.

I mentioned in my 2018 article " Apple's Market Cap Exceeds $1 Trillion and Half of My Life ":

Current Apple CEO Tim Cook was originally a "conservative over aggressive" manager. From a rational point of view, after the death of the enterprising Steve Jobs, if there is no manager who is as wise as him, the development of "enterprising → enterprising" may be a disaster that shakes the country's capital (it may not happen, but if it does happen) If you have not dealt with it properly, it will shake the country).

Therefore, although there may be no good shows to watch for a few years (it is indeed the case), at this stage, "advancing → maintaining success" is a more stable and reasonable decision in terms of operation.

Maybe if Jobs is still there, there will be some different results; but for those who care about Apple's products and business development, those results will not be what you want.

Look ahead. Tim Cook did a good job; if you think the current product will piss off Jobs (it's your own projection, actually), then don't back it with cash, it's fine.

Because, no matter how much money you "burn" to Apple, Jobs will not survive.
