My little experience (for maintaining good health)
Health preservation and disease prevention is a systematic project, the core and essence of which is to prevent immune system failure. I divide it into the following eight parts.
1. Psychological balance. There are "Three Questions for Security" in philosophy, where do you come from, where do you go, who does what? (I answer: I come by chance, I must go, I am an ordinary person who wants to explore the world and have more possibilities in life. )
In behavioral psychology, behavior can be changed by changing cognition, which I call value guidance.
Therefore, we first use the three philosophical questions to find out the answer that is uninfluenced by others, pure, and inwardly. Then, use this clear answer to guide you, like a light in the dark, and like a rope in a dry well, pulling you out of the psychological vortex of emotions and so on.
Second, diet. It is very healthy to eat these major categories - staple food (adding some coarse grains is best), vegetables, fruits, meat (pay attention to white meat, red meat and processed meat less), eggs, milk, etc. The above categories can ensure adequate nutrition, but do not eat too greasy or salty food, avoid overweight or obesity, use less animal oil when cooking, but more vegetable oil, and do not drink too much beverages. The general framework of diet is like this, and other details can be grasped by yourself, such as seven or eight minutes full. When it comes to eating out in particular, restaurants offer the slowest and least efficient way to eat. Cooking at home allows for healthier eating and more control over ingredients.
Three, sleep. 1. Sleep more, sleep is the body's self-repair, can not make up. For example, lack of sleep during the week cannot be made up for by oversleeping on weekends.
2. When working or studying or doing other things, take a short nap before your body gets tired. Such as driving fatigue driving, doing so will not fatigue driving.
For the rest, you can take care of it yourself, such as sunbathing during the day, stretching your body before going to bed, doing Wuqinxi yoga, earplugs, blindfolds, and curtains.
Fourth, exercise. The principle of exercise is "moderation", which is the amount that you can always last for a long time. Like 5,000 steps a day or 10,000 steps a day. There are thousands of ways to exercise, and everyone can say it without saying it. In terms of exercise, ordinary people just need to stretch or stretch or warm up the lower body moderately, and the exercise will meet the health requirements. But if you have higher requirements, it is necessary to use the athlete-style overall physical training index as the standard.
5. No smoking and drinking. It's not just tobacco and alcohol that's banned, it's just a proxy for addictive substances.
Betel nut, from the perspective of public health, various oral diseases caused by betel nut make patients feel unbearable.
We all know the carcinogenicity of smoke and the harm of second-hand smoke, so we don't need to go into details. Let’s talk about how smokers can quit smoking. First of all, there is a high probability that they cannot quit smoking by smoking filters and electronic cigarettes, because this is just a continuation of smoking behavior. The way abroad is to put a disgusting picture of lung cancer on the cigarette pack. I think quitting smoking is a matter of quitting smoking. If you want to quit smoking, try different quitting methods. There is always a method that suits you.
Alcohol, feels similar to smoking, and tries different methods to quit.
6. Occupation and living environment. Health problems caused by the environment can be attributed to the following reasons: 1. Basic life support: clean air, drinking water, healthy soil and forests, safe and comfortable living, and safe working environment required to maintain health. 2. Hazardous items: garbage, toxic chemicals, pollutants, etc.
As for the method, it is to improve, and if it cannot be improved, leave it.
7. Personal hygiene. This is hand washing, shampooing, paying attention to oral hygiene, etc. In short, wash. I put the risky "sexual behavior" in the seventh item instead of the fifth item, because smoking and alcohol addiction is only a chronic devastation, and once a venereal disease is acquired, it is not only refractory or even recurring, but also social death.
Eight, regular physical examination. This can be done according to the doctor's advice and the frequency should be done according to different ages. There are also blood pressure monitors and thermometers that you can prepare at home, and you can feel the subtle symptoms of your body from time to time and find signs of disease.
This is my framework for health management or a small system that I have built. It must be strictly followed by self-discipline. This is the question, how to self-discipline? My approach is to put health on a life-and-death level and a big deal.
If these eight aspects are strictly managed, the risk of disease can still be greatly reduced.
