When it comes to tomatoes, every family has a hundred ways to eat them. Just one item of scrambled eggs with tomatoes, if you search carefully, the recipes may become an encyclopedia.
I eat a lot of food with my sister, and tomatoes are one of them. My sister loves tomatoes very much, no matter the size is red or green, and from time to time she can see her holding a large one or a box of small ones, eating with relish. If tomato scrambled eggs appeared on the table, many also entered her stomach. When I was young, I didn't know its delicious taste. The former only ate a few eggs, while the latter chose eggs on the side of the plate. I thought eggs were more attractive than eggplants.
When I grew up, I moved out of the house and took care of the three meals myself. Occasionally I should eat some fruit, and most of the ones I bought were small tomatoes. The reason is simple: it is cheap during the production season, convenient to eat, and it can be kept at room temperature for a few days without wilting. I'm not very picky about color and shape, red orange, long round, sweet and sour are very good. Occasionally buying a good product that is juicy and delicious, and the skin is so thin that it cracks when touched, it is more like winning the lottery.
Or occasionally the taste buds are disturbed, and if you want to drink some vegetable clear soup with a fruity and sour taste, you also need tomato. Buy a few large tomatoes that are either bright red or with a little bit of green. If you are more careful, blanch the skin first, cut them into pieces, and cook them with the bamboo shoots and cabbage. I usually eat a lot of junk food, and after drinking such a bowl, I feel healthy.
A friend who was pregnant was greedy and asked me to make a plate of tomato scrambled eggs for her. I asked her if she likes wet or dry, and she said it was all good. I thought about it, first scald the tomatoes, peel off the skin and cut them into pieces, take the eggs and break them up, fry the eggs in a hot pan until they are fragrant and slightly charred, then stir-fry the tomato pieces in the same pot, then add the boiled eggs and stir-fry until dry and fragrant , simply season with salt and pepper sesame oil. She ate it so much that she repeatedly said that it was the best tomato scrambled eggs she had ever eaten. I thought she was gratified because she was very greedy, but I was happy to hear it.
If you accidentally buy a thick-skinned tomato, you don't have to dislike it. The same as hot and peeled, pickled with plum powder and refrigerated, it is a simple and delicate spring sketch. It can be added with fruit vinegar or even white wine to make the taste more rich, and the hospitality is often amazed. Who knew the prototype was a thick hide that was hard to bite into.
As for whether a tomato is a vegetable or a fruit, it is said that the large is a vegetable and the small is a fruit. But in any case, delicious is what matters.

A few black persimmons and tomatoes/appropriate amount of soy sauce paste/appropriate amount of ginger paste/appropriate amount of sugar/plum powder or licorice powder

1. Wash the black persimmon tomatoes, dry them, remove the stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces
2. Take a small plate, put soy sauce paste, ginger puree and sugar according to your favorite taste. You can also add plum powder or licorice powder to enrich the taste
*Reminder: If you are more careful, you can mix two different brands of soy sauce paste

Material
A few small tomatoes/ an appropriate amount of plum powder/ an appropriate amount of white vinegar or fruit vinegar/ an appropriate amount of cold boiled water/ optional sour plum

1. Use a knife to make a shallow cross at the bottom of the small tomatoes, boil a pot of water, put the small tomatoes in after boiling, scald for about 10 seconds, rinse with cold water, and peel the skin
2. Put the peeled tomatoes into a container, pour in an appropriate amount of plum powder, and roll well. Add an appropriate amount of vinegar and cold water (whole vinegar may taste too heavy). The liquid is enough to cover the height of the tomatoes. Feel free to add a few sour plums.
3. Put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate and eat it after about half a day.
