The dream oven that I decided to buy almost 2 years ago!

This is the notification of the completion of the fermentation of the new oven. In cold weather, having a fermentation oven can save the anxiety of worrying about the uncontrollable fermentation time, and also have the efficiency of multiple applications of time. After preheating, put the toast in the oven again and wait 30 minutes.

The new oven is calling me again, and the deliciously hot toast is ready to bake! This is a brand new toast with an amazing color, and the new oven did not disappoint me! On the dark brown skin, the dark brown color and different degrees of crispness are baked; when the toast is cut, the inner layer is white and soft like cotton.
"Crack."
At the moment of biting, the crispy and layered outer skin pops open in the mouth, and the coke fragrance also blooms in the mouth; followed by the soft toast inner layer, the dense taste and the tempting aroma are directly captivating. Get the tip of the tongue! This new taste is not given by the old oven.
Black toast is an accident
In this age when rhetoric is more pleasing than the essence of things, the above are all my exaggerations, don't take it seriously, in fact the result of the toast is: too burnt! ha~
I just changed my oven recently and I'm still testing the performance. Toast is the second thing I've burned since I changed my oven. When the toast was lifted after baking, my heartbeat instantly dropped two beats! I thought how could it be so black? I can't wait for the toast to cool so I cut it open! Fortunately, the skin was a little crispy and a little dark, and the inside of the toast was still soft and tasty. The new oven seems to be working fine, I need to lower the temperature and try again for less time.
The first time I used a new oven to bake a finished toast was passable, but the first food I scorched was horrible. The first food that was burnt by me in the new oven was the protagonist in the previous article " Kale Turned into Valentine's Day Gifts " - kale, the pre-work has not changed, just reduce the oven temperature by 30 degrees to bake , the result was so focused that it turned gray when touched, a complete failure!
These two experiences have proved two things, first: the old oven is really bad and should be replaced; second: the new oven is worth buying, the baking time is very efficient, and the overall performance has improved a lot, it is worth it!
In retrospect, life may be the same. When faced with new things and new life, the familiar pattern has become a cloud of smoke. The completely new beginning in front of me needs to go through some tests, and it is inevitable that there will be disgraced faces. These processes are all for the purpose of running in a direction that is more suitable for oneself.
