This book is very suitable for people like me with a low voice and a vague voice, and I also realize that people like me who rarely talk should pay special attention to this information. Because the vocal cords are not used very often, it may also cause some diseases.

It was only then that I realized that chatting with people is also a form of therapy... It should be said that we should maintain a habit of talking. It used to be about overuse at work (customer service had to say a bunch of formatted lines every day), but now it's almost zero use at all.

I didn’t like chatting and talking with people very much before, and I always had too many knots, gossips and calculations. As a result, I didn’t speak, but I was targeted. Because I didn’t know how to express myself, I always had to suffer a little in the workplace.

But now it's still a pleasure to chat with people who sell bento or service units occasionally.

In addition, singing is also a kind of therapy. I used to love to go to karaoke. When I was with a group of people, it was really pleasant. When I was in a foreign country, I used to go to a place with a group of people to sing songs from my hometown. XD

I am trying to speak like singing, practice my pitch not too low, and increase my expressiveness.

There are four types of "Super Efficient Acoustic Exercise", just choose one of them to practice. They are all at the moment of applying the force, and the sound counts "one" and "two". It can't be sloppy and elongated. Instead, it is loud and clear.


"Seat-style" super efficient aerobics

1. Sit on a chair and hold both ends of the chair firmly

2. Push up your chest and count "one" in a short voice when the body is exerting force.

3. After shouting "One", please relax for a while.

4. Shout "two" in a short and powerful voice, then relax

5. Counting from "one" to "ten" is to complete a sound exercise. The time from start to finish is about 30 seconds.


"Pushing the Wall" Super Efficient Aerobics

1. Stand facing the wall. The distance between the body and the wall is the distance that you can touch the wall with a slight extension of the hand

2. Extend your hands and place your palms against the wall, bending your elbows as if you were leaning forward. Picture yourself falling up against the wall.

3. Push the wall as if to straighten the bent elbow, and make a sound "one" at the moment of force

4. After shouting "one", bend your elbows back to the original position while inhaling.

5. Counting from "one" to "ten" completes a sound exercise


"Happy Hands" Super Efficient Acoustic Gymnastics

1. Raise both hands to the chest, fingers completely together and palms together

2. While clasping palms together, make a voice and say "one"

3. After shouting "one", please relax for a while.

4. Put your hands together again and say "two", then relax.

5. Count from "one" to "ten" to complete a sound exercise.


"Breast Expansion" Super Efficient Acoustic Gymnastics

1. Put your hands in front of your chest and make a fist, and ask your fists to face each other

2. At the moment when your chest is raised, shout "one". At this time, he raised his chest as if he wanted to clamp his left and right shoulder blades together.

3. After shouting "One", please relax for a while

4. Let both fists speak out against each other again and shout "two", and pinch the left and right shoulder blades again and lift up the chest. Also relax after shouting "two".

5. Count from "one" to "ten" to complete a sound exercise.


If you have low back pain, choose "Push Wall"

Recommended "seat type" for those with uncomfortable feet

Some people make sounds while walking, which can make "super-efficient aerobics" and walking have a synergistic effect. The important thing is that "the moment you make a sound, you need to exert your strength." Don't force it. It doesn't matter if you choose a different type each time.

And it was only two minutes.

Now I realize that a lot of kung fu is not practiced in one breath for a whole day and has an effect, but only if it is continued for a period of time every day, and the real "power" and "effect" can be accumulated. Suddenly practicing for twenty hours a day is not as effective as sticking to one hour a day. I think it's because both the body and the mind have limits and need time to adapt.
