Life Notes 20|The Moon Cycle


The cold I had not recovered from the previous week, and at the same time I was on my menstrual period. I was disturbed by migraines for many days, disrupting my original routine. I didn’t want to do anything, so I just lay in bed and listened to episode after episode of Podcast. I stumbled across the theme of "Planning with Moon Tides and Menstrual Periods" and thought it was very interesting, so I recorded the content.


It is mentioned in the program that 70% of the human body is composed of water, just like tides are affected by the moon, especially for women with menstrual periods, their daily behavior may fluctuate with the cycle. Occasionally, I noticed that at the same time, there were obvious differences in work efficiency and mood fluctuations between last week and this week .

The seven days of the menstrual period (Menstrual Phase) are the most fatigued stages of the body and mind. Use this cycle to repair well, and wait until the next cycle to start all the troubles.


I thought to myself, "It turns out that it's acceptable to be rude." The guilt and depression seemed to be released. What did I do for the next whole week, probably sleep until I woke up naturally, drink water, and flip through magazines and other trivial things Bar!


After seven days of "serious" rest, my body became lighter, and my energy seemed to come back. This week, I started to complete the tasks accumulated last week one by one, but my state was not as tired as last week. I took advantage of the free afternoon to go to the nearby gym to take a breath and get out. After sweating, he changed into a refreshing look.



I thought, if the vast universe is composed of countless passages, the tides of the moon are probably guiding me to adjust my pace and get closer step by step.
