Exploring the Boundaries of Consciousness

Through some life experiences, you can gradually develop a little confidence that even if the world is changing rapidly, it will not change you in an instant. Only through a dialogue with yourself, with any message you open your heart to receive, and after a few submerged breaths, will the air gradually solidify into your future appearance.

"who I am?"

When you travel and wake up in an unfamiliar place, have you ever had such a thought flash through?

During two months of hitchhiking in northern Europe, tents used to be my arbitrary door. Whenever morning comes, I wake up in my sleeping bag, open the tent and walk out of my own deep sleep space, so that I can figure out where I am now.

On the long road of constant hitchhiking, I would often camp near a road somewhere, in an unknown wood, or by a lake outside a small town. Some of them look extremely bland, but if there is an arbitrary door to get me back there, maybe I can still vaguely remember spending a night there.

"The body remembers everything," Sadhguru said.

The so-called déjà vu, in addition to the mysterious and unsolved brain mysteries, I think there is a possibility that you really can't remember it. Only your body remembers what you did.

And I deeply remember the scene where I was when I got out of the tent. Such as the lush woods where the sun has just risen. The sun I saw at that time was a fiery red that I had never seen before. And no matter how I try to describe it, I can't describe how that beauty hit my heart and left a mark on my mind.

The longer you stay in nature, the inner peace will slowly implant deep in your heart like a vine.

"But who am I?"

Are we sure of who we are by waking up and sensing where we are? Or the moment when your mind starts to think after waking up?

Of course, memory can always use an extremely fast speed to let us know who we are before perception arrives. It's like remembering that today is Monday, and you know that you have to be a well-behaved "social person" for five consecutive days. To be interested in such a thoroughly essential question as "Who am I?" requires more deeply conscious experience.

There are many processes to improve self-consciousness, and growth may be one of the keywords. Even though it is often easy for us to be led into myths by the word "growth" that people over-irrigate, it is difficult to achieve real improvement.

The reach of social media is not the same as the depth of the article, the actual effect of happiness is much smaller than imagined, the weight loss but the body fat is still the same, and so on. And even if you see the essence of everything one by one, it doesn't mean that the problem is solved.

When we focus too much on one aspect, other things that we thought we didn't need to spend our time on start to loosen up. I think this is the real difficulty in life: the balance of everything.

Through some life experiences, you can gradually develop a little confidence that even if the world is changing rapidly, it will not change you in an instant. Only through a dialogue with yourself, with any message you open your heart to receive, and after a few submerged breaths, will the air gradually solidify into your future appearance.

Looking back like this, it seems silly or out of place to think beyond memory and essentially think about who you are. But when you achieve more "forget yourself" through daily life experience, maybe you can understand more, what I really want to express in a vague context.

Everyone wants to have more highlights, and I am no exception. But "I" is never important. In the whole society, world, multiverse, and parallel time and space, the so-called "I" may never exist at all.

But the feeling exists. Feel the connected consciousness being there.

"I" can only perceive what it perceives; pure consciousness perceives everything. Try to explore the seemingly silent, faint and dim voice in your heart again. There may still be something out there that you have never touched.

Like Truman finally discovered the secret and touched the canvas of the sky.
