Mainly based on ketogenic, whole plant and vegetable diet, natural therapy/natural medicine, original point, ancient Chinese medicine, which I have actually experimented with and really helped in the short or long term.

What??" In short, I would like to focus on diet and list the general characteristics, so that it will be very useful when I want to explain and share with others in the future!

It mainly focuses on "ketogenic, whole plant and vegetable diet, natural therapy/natural medicine, original point, ancient Chinese medicine", which have been experimented by themselves and are really helpful in the short or long term. It is especially emphasized that apart from the original point, which is currently a unified theory, there will be some differences in schools and personal favorites, so I can only write about it in general.
