Many times, we are used to collecting data and reporting it directly.
But this is not a good way, I didn't see you thinking.

Here is a brief description of the difference between Finding and Insight

Finding: spell out facts
Insight: tell your audience what the numbers means

Here are 5 examples for your reference~
**The following are examples in English, because I recorded it from an online course XD

【 Example #1】
Finding:
There are many different online pizza ordering systems
Just to list there are many systems on the market, but what do these multiple systems indicate?

Insight: No one has a great pizza configurator. This represents an opportunity for us.

[Example #2]
Finding: Pet owners are heavy mobile users and 90% have smartphones.
What is the use of this data for owners?

Insight: Mobile is a big opportunity for your client because the target audience are heavy mobile users. (They should probably consider a mobile optimized or responsive site.)

[Example #3]
Finding:
Newsletter signup rate 4%
It shows that the company has a registration rate of 4%. Is that good or bad for market competition?

Insight: Your newsletter sign-up is double the industry benchmark

[Example #4]
Finding:
A remote tool reveals Tumblr get's 74% of it's traffic by direct visits.
This is a good phenomenon, but not strong enough to feel.

Insight: Most Tumblr users begin their experience by visiting Tumblr directly.

[Example #5]
Finding: There are tons of these tools out there and they're all different. (Your slides only show several screenshots)
Seeing that everyone uses different tool systems, so what?

Insight: Not sure if it's just for branding, or it's more about no one has good usability. I suspect the former. Out of the market, Dominos and PizzaHut were the best and felt the least like webforms.
