Dreams are really interesting. Our rational thinking has always sorted the "possible" and the "impossible" into categories. In addition to allowing us to multitask (like taking a walk while fantasizing), daydreaming plays another role in the execution of everyday tasks: it helps us stay alert and awake. Studies have shown that when subjects have to focus on a boring task (such as monitoring CCTV), they feel sleepy more quickly than when they wander freely.

In fact, daydreaming has many other benefits, such as building self-confidence, strengthening resistance, reducing chronic pain, reducing stress, and most importantly, it can lead to a surge of creativity and inspiration. So learning to use the creativity and advantages of daydreaming is like adding points to your life.
